La ubicación es muy buena
El entorno es impresionante, mucha naturaleza y muy bonita.
Las vistas inmejorables

Cons:

La habitación muy "pobre"
Las camas poco comodas, los baños, antiguos.
El último día había una plaga de hormigas con alas, que molestó bastante.
El desayuno muy básico, no había mucha elección, ni siquieran daban agua, había que comprarla...
El personal un poco seco y poco amable.
Es una pena que con el entorno tan maravilloso que tienen el hotel no esté a la altura, ni por calidad, ni por servicios.

Sábanas y fundas sucias y con mal olor, la cama sucios con pelos, la habitación empolvada. Las almohadas súper delgaditas y muy pocas unidades

El servicio, no les importa la experiencia del huésped, no se preocupan por el bienestar de los huéspedes durante la estadía, no hay servicio de bar ,hay una sola persona en recepción, falta más amabilidad,empatía y actitud de servicio
