Güzel lokasyon, profesyonel müdür, gerisi beş kuruş etmez
Pros:

Müdür tam bir profesyonel. Otelin eski be yıpranmış olması nedeniyle ikinci gece iptalında cok kibar davrandı yardımcı olup bazı yıldızlı otellerde göremediğimiz profesyoenelliği sergiledi. Zırf bu nedenle kötü puan vermedım. Otelin itibarını kurtardı yanı!

Cons:

Gece eleman, hem kaba hem de bilgi ve isteksiz idi.
Fatura vermeyiz, iptal iadesi olmaz, arka korıdordan "odamız yok!" bağırması ... daha ne diyeyim?

Местоположение мне было удобно.

Cons:

Про клининг они забыли или никогда не знали.

Сняли с карты на 0.7 лари больше (70 тетри). При этом без каких либо вопросов и когда я посмотрел на сумму на терминале, то лицо персонажа было не довольное. Я ничего не сказал но честно говоря офигел от такой наглости

Exceptional service and spotless rooms!
Pros:

Hotel Tbilisi Times is a fantastic place to stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our entire trip.

The level of cleanliness here is unmatched - the rooms were flawlessly clean and fresh. Add to that the stunning panoramic views from the hotel, and you have the perfect combination for a great holiday. Great atmosphere, wonderful people, and amazing views. Highly recommended!

Я прожила 4 ночи и на просьбу отремонтировать ответили что мастер будет через несколько дней.
Pros:

Расположение, просторный номер и ванная удобный матрас и подушки, чистое белье и полотенца

Cons:

В ванной сломана крышка унитаза, оторвана вешалка, сломан душ, запах канализации, грязное половое покрытие

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at Tbilisi Times Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location was also convenient for exploring Tbilisi. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Расположение нормальное, но до центра идти порядком.

Cons:

На фото отель выглядит роскошно, свет, интерьер, но в действительности, все тускло, в ванной комнате, можно было бы и освежить стену.

Pros:

If it wasn't for the nice receptionist I would have not stayed. She did all her effort to talk to the manager and accept the payment through booking. Usually in Georgia with payment on booking ' hotels réception dont' accept it once on spot. They ask for cash.

Also at the entry though the building is déclared heritage' you will feel claustrophobic. The entry is like a boat and inside you have to be lucky enough to be away from reception. No breakfast included. Good soft lightening inside the room and bathroom. Good shower pressure and hot water. AC was not working good

Cons:

I checked into the hotel, but the receptionist wasn't there. They arrived 20 minutes later, I settled into my room, rested for an hour, and then wanted to go out. They told me to leave my card, which I did. When I returned at 2 AM, there was no one at the reception. I waited for an hour, losing sleep. It was awful. I want a refund.
