The hotel is in an exceptional location, at the beginning of the old town by the river. The host is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Great location and hospitality!
Pros:

The location was perfect, close to sights while also having parking and easy access to the surrounding area . Breakfast was great and the owner was very friendly and super knowledgeable about the area. We loved his hospitality and recommendations !

Super locatie!
Pros:

Bij het ontbijt had Igor, de eigenaar, elke dag een extraatje, een soort cake. Ook de ligging van de locatie is top, binnen een paar tellen bij het busstation, de winkels en horeca.

Cons:

Op de foto's staat nog uit een mogelijkheid tot buiten zitten, maar in de praktijk is dit nu moestuin.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Skofja.
Pros:

Charming 500 year old (but renovated with modern comforts) boutique hotel perfectly situated in the heart of Skofja Loca, just steps from the bus station. Igor, the owner, is helpful and kind. Nice breakfast.

Great experience, great host
Pros:

Great location in the heart of Skofja Loka. We stayed here during our 4-night visit to Slovenia, and it was convenient to travel by bus or car. We had a room for 4 with the river and castle view. Beds were comfortable, good breakfast, free parking. The host Igor was amazing! He was very attentive to our needs, he's really the heart of the hotel!

Cons:

We really liked the whole experience of staying at Hotel Garni,and would definitely stay here again. One thing that I'd recommend to improve: my child noticed the dust on the wardrobe.
