Room was way too hot

No facilities to buy drinks during the day.
Location was in a quiet road not far from the beach although we were using it for a base not a holiday.
The first standard room we were allocated was adequate for our purposes, and the second room (see reasons for move below) was fine, bonus being that the bathroom was larger and therefore the shower was a normal good size.
Breakfast was adequate with cereal, five 'heated' cooked breakfast items, a small continental items selections and muffins, toast etc. Drinks were from a machine.
Disappointed that for the 3 nights we were there we had to pay an additional £10 per night for parking on site - if staying factor that into the price that you are paying! Also we had to lodge our card for a £40 'in case of damages' which we have never been asked to do for before!
The bathroom in the first room allocated was small and the shower cubicle very small and when we tried the TV it didn't work. The Receptionist couldn't get it working either so they moved us to another room.
In the second room although the shower was bigger, the sink had a hairline crack in the basin. Annoyingly also the TV remote stopped working after the first night and we had to have that replaced.
Nice spacious rooms it’s really close to beach
I like the location. Room layout was very comfortable to stay in and arrange things. It was quiet and comfy. Receptionist was very nice.
The bathroom ventilation could be improved. There was a lingering damp, musty smell, likely from previous guests, which didn't seem to dissipate during our stay.
The room did not have air conditioning, but this was partly compensated for by a fan and an openable balcony door. I'm not sure how comfortable the rooms without balconies would be, particularly during warmer weather.
The door dampers also need adjustment. If you're not careful when closing the door, it can slam shut, which is quite loud and could disturb guests in neighbouring rooms, especially at night.
The lift was also quite small.
Quiet location near walkway to beach.
Very very small room (was for single person) with not much natural light. Tiny shower, bit good if you very large.

La camera era sporca e l’odore della camera tremenda,le lenzuola e gli asciugamani avevano un odore tremendo.La piscina presente nella foto non funzionava e era chiusa.In camera non si respirava sia dal caldo perché non aveva una aria condizionata ,c’era un ventilatore che non serviva a niente .Nella camera nemmeno un piccolo frigorifero per mettere una bottiglia d’acqua e in più il bagno era piccolissimo e dove si lavavano le mani era bloccato.Per non parlare dell’ascienzore che era piccolo e non ci entravano due persone .Non raccomando questo hotel,esperienza pessima

False advertising and terrible stay. > The hotel promised parking, but upon arrival, we were told to park on the street. To make matters worse, the rooms don't have air conditioning. There was genuinely nothing enjoyable about our stay here. I wouldn't recommend it.
