One huge disappointment after a long drive. Completely ruined weekend all because of the park inn by radisson. The name

Cons:

Everything. Staff. A no show manager I wanted to speak with. Very very poor standard. Moved rooms to another way below standard one. Decor poor. Shower tray didn’t drain and overflowed. Mattress had a huge dip in the one side. Very musty smell. Had no choice but to stay as we checked in late after a very long journey. The pictures on booking.com are nothing like the actual hotel rooms. Very deceiving and misleading. As well as the hotel, booking.com should feel responsible also. Will never ever return here

Mir hat gar nichts gefallen! Dasxwar der ychlimndte Hotelbeduch, den wir je hatten.

In den Aufzug passt eine Person, die Zimmer sind uralt, die Bäder nicht sauber, das Waschbecken in unserem Zimmer war so klein, dass man sich das Gesicht nicht waschen konnte ohne mit dem Kopf an die Wand zu kommen, die Dusche war so winzig, dass man das Shampoo vom Boden nicht aufheben konnte. Der Ventilator war verdreckt und kaputt, das Zimmer hatte circa 34 Grad, weil die Gardienen offen waren und die Sonne den ganzen Tag in das Zimmer schien. Auf den Badevorlagen und der Bettwäsche waren Haare, die Fenster waren schmutzig, frische weiße Socken wurden auf dem Teppich im Zimmer ruck zuck dreckig.
Alles in allem furchtbar!
Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war gut, das restliche Buffett maximal durchschnittlich, eher eine drei.
Zu teuer für diese grauenhafte Performance.

really good for a short stay here in bournemouth close by to the beach
Pros:

being able to leave my 2 luggages after check out has been super helpful as my train isnt until later after check out - and we can still go explore and have fun. the beach is super close, less than 10 min walk which is great
