Fantastic location by the harbour in the old Venetian part of Chania. The aircon was on in the room when we arrived, which was very thoughtful. It was also effective, modern and quiet. Very comfy bed. Room was spotlessly clean. Nice quiet location - no problems with noises from outside.
Shower was handheld rather than wall mounted. Very steep stairs up to the room which were not a problem for us, but might be for some.
Η είσοδος που μας υποδείχθηκε είναι μέσα από μια πολυσύχναστη ταβέρνα που λειτουργεί και σαν ρεσεψιόν, είναι αρκετά άβολο που μπαινοβγαίνεις μέσα στον κόσμο, μάλιστα το πρωί για να βγούμε έπρεπε να μεταφέρουμε κάτι φιάλες υγραερίου της ταβέρνας .
Η μπανιέρα χρειάζεται επειγόντως γκρέμισμα.
Να φτιαχτούν οι πρίζες ώστε να λειτουργούν.
Να μπει μια κεραία τηλεόρασης .
Να φτιαχτούν τα παράθυρα ώστε να κλείνουν.
Για τα χρήματα που ζητάνε δεν δικαιολογείται τίποτα από τα παραπάνω..
Βάλαμε ένα δύο για την τοποθεσία .
Such a beautiful building and room and the location was just perfect and yet in the middle of all the busy it was totally silent inside the room
Not enough
The location, looking out over the Bay and lighthouse. Being central to all restaurants, shops, close to new town also. Very small balcony- but dimensions are shown in photographs. Didn’t have much interaction with staff which was my choice, but were friendly and helpful when I did. Room was comfortable, good lighting, fridge, kettle, comfortable bed. Plenty electrical sockets. All good

The bathroom specifically the shower area was weird.
Εξαιρετική διαμονή! Το κατάλυμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο και πολύ προσεγμένο. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική, ακριβώς μπροστά στο λιμάνι, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε όλα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός. Σίγουρα θα το προτιμούσα ξανά και το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!
Θα αναφερα ότι δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ και χρειάζεται να ανέβεις αρκετές σκάλες, κάτι που μπορεί να είναι κουραστικό ιδιαίτερα με αποσκευές. Επίσης στην είσοδο του καταλύματος δεν υπήρχε κλιματισμός, με αποτέλεσμα ο χώρος να είναι πολύ ζεστός. Τέλος το δωμάτιο δεν διέθετε μπαλκόνι, κάτι που θα έκανε την διαμονή πιο άνετη .
The location is fantastic, balcony views across the iconic harbour and lighthouse are spectacular. Definitely booked the best room. The tavern downstairs is also very good and we got a discount as hotel guests. Also owner let us stay longer in the room/late check-out, without extra fee- so thankful, made our final day in Chania without any worries. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

O problema são os banheiros que precisam de algum cuidado um dia banheiros tínhamos que tomar banho sentado num outro não unha o suporte o as ducha no alto os banheiros são antigos e pequenos detalhes fariam diferença além de na Grécia em geral não ter ducha higiênica
The location was amazing along with staff. Maria was very friendly hand helpful.
The water pressure and shower. The shower hose was damaged and the head could not be hung so you had to hold it the entire shower and the water pressure was terrible. The water dribbled out of the shower head. 🚿 these are my only negatives and will defiantly be rebooking to return.
