Characterful old place right in the centre of Chania old town above a harbourside taverna.
Pros:

Great location and room in an old Chania house above the restaurant facing the sea. Obviously an old quirky building with things like steep stairs - which I really like - but could be an issue with some people.

Cons:

Room was tiny and the bathroom was - lets say - eccentric - but that all adds character and was fine with me. Some people might find this difficult though - having a lot of luggage would be a problem - no taxi to the door and steep stairs.

Perfect location. Amazing View. Wonderful Stay.
Pros:

The location is perfect. We have the beautiful view of the iconic Venetian light house and the Harbour. It offers the old time charm that is both romantic and fun. Downstairs restaurant offers discount for our dinning and the food and service are amazing. The owner is also very responsive. They also helped us arrange a wonderful trip to Balos. Absolutely a best value hotel overall.

Cons:

Because the building is centuries old, it took us a bit to get used to the older bathroom set up. We quickly got used to it.

Pros:

Great location in the centre, amazing view of the harbour. Rooms are nice and the staff is helpful.

Cons:

The bathtub is rather small. For me it was fine, but someone taller or wider might have an issue. The windows aren't blocking any noises. While in the evening the sound of people dining is rather calming, garbage collection in the early morning might wake you up.

Pros:

Господарі з великим серцем: наш літак запізнився, і вони зачекали декілька годин, щоб впустити нас вночі. В номері є все необхідне, чисто, є кондиціонер. Неймовірна локація на узбережжі, з вікон вид на море, поряд пляж. Номери красиві, з дерев'яними віконицями, дозволяють відчути унікальну атмосферу Ханії, не має відчуття типового готелю. На першому поверсі таверна зі смачною їжою і знижками для тих, хто мешкає в об'єкті.

Cons:

Stanza piccolissima, bagno piccolissimo, nessun balcone. Ammetto che abbiamo scelto la camera più economica. Le porte aperte mi hanno consentito di vedere stanze migliori. Per una notte va benissimo così. Per chi soggiorna più notti consiglierei un po' più di respiro con una stanza e un bagno di dimensioni più adeguati. La nostra era indicata come 17m².

Very basic accommodation, but in a good location
Pros:

Well, it’s right on the waterfront, but I had no view except of an interesting alley. There are two entrances one through the restaurant and up a steep set upstairs and the other still steps but into the alley.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable and so was the couch. The room is very basic about the price was right.

Wir konnten viel sehen und erkunden.
Die Innenstadt war quasi direkt vor der Tür und das Badezimmerfenster konnten wir von der Gasse aus der Altstadt sehen...
