Posizione fantastica, balcone sul porto antico straordinario, staff molto gentile e disponibile, ottimo breakfast, arredo e biancheria perfetti.
Aria condizionata e Wi-Fi non all’altezza.. da migliorare. Bagno molto bello ma minuscolo, lavabo in camera e doccia e wc non isolati dalla stanza. Solo una parete di vetro con una tenda oscurante
Check-in was very simple. Our room was exactly as we expected it from the booking. Everything was clean, they refilled a water in our mini fridge daily, and provided us with a bottle of wine for us celebrating on our trip. The rooftop accessibility from the building was absolutely amazing. The food provided for our included breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything was beyond our expectations. The facilities were great, and the service from everyone that we encountered was absolutely amazing.
Honestly, nothing would need to be improved. We absolutely loved everything that was included and involved in our trip. We wish we had stayed for more days.

We are seniors and we had a bit of a challenge with the stairs
Amazing views. Exceptional breakfast. Comfortable clean room. The balcony is the perfect spot for the sunset and if you want to see a bit more of it only just up a few stairs you'll reach the roof with an amazing terrace and ever better views.
Only small issue was the seal on the door of the balcony was broken so there was some noise pollution but it's very easily fixed. Other than that- a perfect hotel in Chania Old Venetian port.
Quaint and prime location! The roof top was a great way to end the evening with a bottle of wine!

Anassa is a beautiful, small hotel with an amazing owner and staff. The restaurant is excellent as well. Our stay included a 2 choice breakfast menu with coffee, and juice. All were sooo good!! We were comfortable in our room and had an amazing view.
Do not expect an elevator to the upper floors. This wasn’t a problem for us, and the staff were happy to help us if we needed help.

Tout était parfait : les chambres, la vue sur la mer, l’emplacement et le petit-déjeuner inclus. L’équipe était d’une grande gentillesse, toujours souriante et aux petits soins. Merci à elles! Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement!
L’hôtel est très bien placé en plein centre, face a la mer, par conséquent, un peu bruyant.
