Recién reformado así que está muy nuevo.
Tiene parking gratuito ( aunque sólo aprox 10-12 plazas).
Zona tranquila y sin 20 min andando aprox al centro

Cons:

El personal no era demasiado amable. El primer día en recepción no nos dejaban hacer el check in indicando que habíamos cancelado la reserva y sin comprobar nada más ( aún cuando le enseñamos el justificante de Booking y el pago en el banco). Tuvimos que llamar a Booking y ellos tuvieron que ponerse en contacto con el hotel indicándoles que había una cancelación anterior pero una reserva pagada posteriormente. Creo que deberían comprobar todo lo necesario antes de indicar a los clientes que no hay reserva haciéndote pasar un mal rato sin hacer ellos ninguna comprobación

Unexpected
Pros:

One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was always spotless, well-maintained, and felt fresh and new. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available to help with any questions or resolve any issues. Parking was convenient, the area was quiet, and the overall ambiance was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Ottima struttura per soggiorno a Chania!
Pros:

Camera ampia e completamente rinnovata, letto molto comodo, ottima illuminazione, bagno con box doccia, cambio asciugamani giornaliero, terrazza ampia dotata di stendino. Comodissimo parcheggio privato per chi è in auto, un lusso considerando che Chania è una città molto caotica e può diventare davvero un problema trovare un posto auto (dall'hotel si va in centro a piedi, circa 20 min circa di passeggiata lungomare). La struttura ha un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (parcheggio incluso), assolutamente consigliata!

Cons:

Assenza di cassaforte e di bollitore/tazze per farsi un caffè/thè in camera (l'ho chiesto e gentilmente mi è stato fornito senza problemi). Trattandosi di una struttura che non offre la possibilità di fare colazione in loco, suggerisco di prevedere il bollitore in ogni stanza.

Overall, a very good option that i would re-book
Pros:

Rooms are recently renovated. Location closed to the beach (2 min away, walking), restaurants, Old Town (15 min away walking), a supermarket ( 10 min away walking), airport (25-30 min by car). Nice staff, daily cleaning ( even nice surprises with particular towel arrangements), generous parking

Cons:

Regardless of all the below, i would still book this hotel if needed, as the overall experience is a positive one, but the points below are good to know for future guests

The rooms are not very noise-proof; one can hear the traffic from corridors and the doors being closed by tourists that are not very silent
Pillows -depends on taste, but i considered them too hard
It could have been useful to have a small amenity in the room like an electric kettle to make a quick coffee; for mornings, though the bar dowstairs can offer a basic range of beverages
