Good Stay
Pros:

We stayed overnight to catch a flight the following morning. The lady at the front desk was warm, very helpful and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean.

Good hotel, near LHR - book your own transfer
Pros:

Easy access to LHR, there was a good vibe in the bar

Cons:

The LHR shuttle bus never showed up and we were told the morning of that it’s unreliable, had to order a last minute cab to get to the airport.

It is indeed very close to the airport, which is great for travelers that need to take early flights. There is a full system to independently book a transfer to the airport.

Cons:

The shuttle is paid, so the idea that there is shuttle service is a bit misleading because it implies a free shuttle. In any case, if even if you take an Taxi, it is cheap. $20 for shuttle service, $12 for Taxi. The Uber driver wanted much more, something like $50. You can also go with a regular Hotel Hopper bus, but that is not frequent and very hard to find at the airport. If you are tight on time, in the evening it can take 1 hour between hops. Indeed, only late I found Hotel Hopper is the service that takes you by bus to the hotels.
