La piscina (aunque es de pago). Es fácil trasladarse en buses de transporte público desde y hacia los T5 y T2-3 de Heathrow.

The bed was super comfy. Shower was great and towels fluffy.
No face cloths.
The shower was the best part of the stay and the beds were comfortable. Easy to get to the hotel from Heathrow using the hotel hopper bus. Our 4 year old was a big fan of the bunk bed. Easy process to leave our bags for a couple of hours after checking out.
The baby cot that had been confirmed for the room was not provided. When this was followed up with staff they assured us it would be delivered, however this never happened. We eventually improvised (having arrived at 11pm, we didn't have the energy to follow up a second time).
The self check in kiosk was faulty and it took many tries for the key card to programme, the line to check in with a person was long and moving slowly so we persisted until we managed to get one key to work. (Note that we noticed the next morning the kiosks were closed due to issues, so this was hopefully just bad timing for us and not the norm).
This is a great hotel! I stay here often.
The only issue is that the receptionists never answer the phone and the phones in the room don’t work often.
Otherwise, 9/10!

The hotel looks fantastic inside — very stylish and Instagram-worthy decor. The gym and swimming pool are genuinely impressive for an airport hotel. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Service was mostly excellent, though check-in took a little longer than expected during busy hours. Bar food is on the expensive side but decent quality. Will come back!
Location
Room shower water pressure was too low, no lock on toilet door. One of our rooms TV was not working, bedside light did not work. Lift stopped at every other floor. Meaning you had to either walk up or down one floor.
It was perfect for the job intended - a sleepover in a place very conveniently located for a morning flight out of Heathrow.
The surrounding area - this is not the best part of London.
