Clean and provided a place to stay
Very expensive and more staff needed, especially in dining and bar area.
Waited 25mins to get served
The room was great and it's very close to the airport (although we were turned away from the shuttle bus leaving the hotel as it was full)
The hotel and restaurant seemed reasonably priced for the location but the bar was very expensive and included a service charge for drinks passed across the bar. £21.73 for a G&T and a pint of beer

I had issue in check in they gave me key when i went to the room it was belong to other guests, nicely no one was at the room, i went back to reception and they gave me new room.

Location and staff were wonderful. The hotel has an upscale modern vibe.
The carpets in the hallways were worn. This does give the hotel an unattractive look, but luckily this is all I can complain about.

Large and very clean rooms. Well located with e-shuttle making transfers to terminals easy. Recommend pre-checkin to speed up the process as it can be quite busy. Pricey room service and restaurant.

Automated check in. Your staff should be trained never to take over at the computer without first asking whether help is required.
Why do British hotels which are not permitted electric sockets in the bathroom store the hairdryers there?
