War insgesamt in Schulnoten ein befriedigend. Nicht ganz schlimm aber auch nicht gut. Kein 2. mal

Zimmer okay, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. In der Suite auf einem riesen Sofa nur ein kleines Kopfpolster. Außerdem ein kleiner alter TV an der Wand. Im Schlafzimmer sehr angenehme Betten. Sauber.

Cons:

Essen war höchstens okay, aber nichts besonderes. Frühstücksauswahl eher bescheiden. Vieles wurde einfach nicht mehr aufgefüllt, wenn es leer war. Säfte Auswahl nicht gut. Wenn z.B. der Smoothie des Tages leer war, wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Auch die Eier nicht. Es kam zwar so scheinbar alibimäßig eine Mitarbeiterin um nachzusehen, diese hat jedoch nur mal dies und jenes durchgerührt ohne jedoch fehlende Speisen oder Getränke nachzufüllen. Für einen 0,2 Liter Holundersaft 3,70 zu verlangen ist eindeutig zu viel (Leitungswasser mit ein paar Tropfen Sirup). Insgesamt ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht gerechtfertigt. In der Suite gab es im Schlafzimmer keinen TV - unverständlich, weil das echt nicht viel kosten würde. Seltsam: beim Empfang wird empfohlen das Passwort zum W-lan Empfang sowie die Essenszeiten usw. von einem Blatt selbst abzufotografieren. Hallo? Sowas liegt normal im Zimmer auf. Der Sparefroh schlägt hier wohl voll zu. Da ich doch schon in 4 anderen Hotels in Längenfeld war, welche ebenfalls in der 4 Sterne Kategorie waren, muss ich leider sagen das dies hier das schlechteste war. Man zahlt hier wohl am meisten für den Ausblick.

Pros:

Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön und das Essen reichhaltig und gut.
Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und wir durften auf Anfrage unser Zimmer wechseln, was wir sehr schätzten.
