Staff very friendly.
Room were clean.
Lots of options for breakfast.
Location was good.

Cons:

Beds were uncomfortable. They were sofa beds.
Staff cleaning rooms would knock at 0800 and make lots of noise outside.
2 men wanted to clean the balcony and my wife was sleeping, she asked them to come back later, but they said no. She had to slam the door on their face. We informed reception, but did not hear back.

I strongly advise anyone booking a stay at Tonga Towers to avoid the all-inclusive package completely. It is absolutely not worth your money.

🥃 Chemical-Taste Drinks & Deceptive Bar Practices

False Advertising: The all-inclusive menu explicitly states that premium brands like Smirnoff vodka are included.

Substandard Alcohol: Every single time we ordered, we were served cheap, unbranded alcohol that tasted like paint stripper and rocket fuel. It was completely undrinkable.

Deceptive Behaviour: When we called them out on it, the bartenders would step around the side of the bar out of sight. They openly pretended to pour premium brands while actually serving cheap rubbish.

Daily Humiliation: Despite being part of a large wedding party of 45 people, the staff consistently ignored us. Complaining at the bar became a daily, humiliating ordeal.

🍦 Poor Quality for Children & Basic Amenities

Cheap Snacks: The ice cream and ice lollies provided on the package are incredibly cheap, nasty, and poor quality. With limited choice,Kids expect decent treats on holiday, not this rubbish.

Cafe Atmosphere: In the evening, the bar area feels like a basic cafe rather than a holiday resort. They serve all drinks in cheap plastic tumblers at night at 10pm.

👤 Rude Staff & Non-Existent Management

Obnoxious Service: The bar staff and general team were ignorant, rude, and entirely unhelpful.

Ignored Complaints: The management is non-existent. I have written three formal complaints to three different entities: the general management, the bar management, and directly to the Tonga Towers sales team. Not a single person has had the decency to reply. This speaks volumes about how this hotel is run.

Food: To be fair, the actual meals in the restaurant were quite nice.

Pros:

Die Aussicht aus der 12 Etage und die Poollandschaft

Cons:

Ganz vorne das Essen. Teilweise katastrophal. Auch das Restaurant an sich.., man wird einfach industriell abgefertigt. Es wird auf Quantität und nicht auf Qualität gesetzt. Das Personal unfreundlich und das Essen an der Pool Bar war auch kaum genießbar.
Die „All-in“ Drinks kamen aus dem Zapfhahn und haben dementsprechend geschmeckt.
Stühle auf dem Balkon war verschimmelt. Nach Reklamation kein Austausch.
