Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! Tout était parfait : hôtel très propre, excellente literie et chambre très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le style et la décoration de l’établissement, à la fois soignés et chaleureux.

Nous avons également été très bien accueillis et le petit-déjeuner était vraiment très bon, avec de quoi bien commencer la journée.

La situation géographique est un véritable plus pour découvrir le lac de Carezza et prendre la télécabine pour monter à environ 2 300 mètres d’altitude, avec ensuite de magnifiques randonnées à faire et des paysages tout simplement incroyables !

Enfin, le fait de pouvoir se stationner directement à l’hôtel est vraiment très pratique.

Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter et où nous aurions plaisir à revenir !

Pros:

Everything, the host was fantastic, Rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was great

Cons:

Sometimes it was a little noisy as there were weekly street parties! But this was only in August

La struttura era molto pulita, la posizione era ottima per raggiungere diversi paesi.
Ho provato anche la sauna, piccola ma va bene per fare una pausa dalle escursioni.
La colazione era giusta, ne troppo abbondante, ne troppo scarsa!

Cons:

La porta del bagno era trasparente e si vedeva tutto. Consiglio di mettere delle porte coprenti in modo tale che appena chiudo la porta possa fare tutto in totale privacy.
Non c’era il box doccia ma la vasca e per lavarsi purtroppo si lavava ovunque

Pros:

De kamer was schoon en ruim. De locatie is een goed startpunt voor wandelingen.

Cons:

Wij vonden het ontvangst niet hartelijk. We werden amper begroet. Er werd gedurende ons verblijf niet tegen ons gesproken. Er was geen goede communicatie mogelijk. Bij ons vertrek was het enige dat er van af kwam ‘you pay tax’.

Ottima posizione. Signora molto disponibile. Colazione di qualità. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di prepararsi una spremuta d’arancia sul momento. Presente spa a disposizione degli ospiti

Deposito sci un pó angusto in caso di hotel pieno ma nello specifico non abbiamo avuto alcun problema

Cons:

we reserved the hotel through booking, but when a few days before we contacted them for confirmation they stated that the price would have been different than the one sold on facebook (almost double) and that they had no availability anyway. Too bad. Not sure if it was facebook mistake or them being troubles.

Отель расположен идеально, лучше не бывает. Три минуты ходьбы до автобусной остановки, практически рядом с отелем хороший и недорогой ресторан-пиццерия, чуть дальше большой супермаркет. Несмотря на то, что наши окна выходили на улицу, в номере было тихо, машины не беспокоили. Просторные, очень удобные и уютные номера в альпийском стиле с прекрасно оборудованным санузлом. Приветливая и предупредительная хозяйка. Очень хорошие завтраки с достаточным ассортиментом и прекрасным качеством продуктов. Гостям отеля на время проживания предоставляется sudtirol guest pass, дающий возможность бесплатно пользоваться автобусами Южного Тироля.
