Pros:

Overall good, bed was comfy, room made it's job for a night, it was spacious

Cons:

No light in the room, towels smelled bad, vibes of the place were weird

Pros:

La rue est calme

Cons:

L’accueil de la tenancière est glacial et particulier, une chambre avec le minimum, le ménage n’est jamais fait en 3 nuits, l’emplacement pas terrible et surtout on vous coupe la clim le matin pour faire des économies !

I think you can find better value for money elsewhere
Cons:

I was having a meeting in the common area at 9pm. when the owner came over yelling at me, telling me to speak more quietly because she was sleeping. I completely understand the reason, but the way she approached me was very rude.

Also, the bathroom didn’t even have soap, which I think is a basic amenity. They don’t provide anything, not even drinking water. I think you can find better value for money elsewhere.
