The atmosphere is really familiar. There is an outdoor common area where you can stay! The room has enough space and it was clean. The owner is a nice and funny person!

Si vous vous réveillez au matin en ayant chaud c’est normal, la clim est activé de 19:00 a 7:00 du matin, la télécommande est récupéré à 7:00..

The best thing about it is the staff—they’re all very friendly, cheerful, and helpful. The outdoor area is lovely, with tables and a pool where you can relax. The rooms are also very comfortable and clean. You can order breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the value for money is very good, considering the prices in Phnom Penh. Also the location was ok for me, in few minutes you have a really nice street with restaurant, coffee places. And you can arrive to the main points to visit by walking, as well.
I had a few issues with some people in the large dormitory, but that’s not the hotel’s fault—it’s down to the guests, who can sometimes be inconsiderate of others. I spent my last night in the 4-bed dormitory, and everything was perfect.

The only nice thing is the dog. A rude and unhappy woman has turned a dilapidated house into a guesthouse.
When I went to check into the hotel, there was an elderly woman at the reception. She was incredibly rude. When I tried to open my visa on my phone, she kept yelling at me and wanted to see my visa. Because she was old, I didn't pay much attention, but even after a few days, her behavior didn't change. She was constantly yelling at everyone, pacing around, and being rude to guests. When I went into the kitchen just to get some water, she started yelling at me again. The cleaning lady gently pushed me out (I had permission to enter and they couldn't touch me). Later, while sitting in the garden, she said she would charge me $4 if I didn't turn off the fan??? They also have a dog, and when I tried to pet it, she said it would bite. The dog was very innocent and sweet, not the biting kind; it looked very unhappy. There are many cats; they feed them but never take care of them. The whole place smells of cat feces, and these cats even get into the rooms and beds. And finally, in the evenings, they turn on the air conditioner and hide the remote. I was cold all night and couldn't keep the air conditioner on my desired setting. Definitely don't stay here just because it's cheap. They treated me as if I were staying for free at a place I paid for. I doubt the sweet, hospitable woman mentioned in the reviews was actually there.
