Pros:

Wonderful stay and a very kind host. The hotel is located in a quiet area, while all the main attractions are within walking distance- about 20 minutes пешком to Freedom Square 🇬🇪

There are many shops nearby, and also a kitchen where you can cook your own food. The best part was that I barely used any transport during my stay - I walked everywhere and enjoyed the atmosphere and charm of Georgia.

Pros:

Great location, rooms are spacious enough, value for money, lot of restaurants and bars nearby.

Cons:

Comaparitively nothing to compalain for this price. Bathroom had little stinky smell.no toiletaries provided.

The location is superb, 10 mins walk from Marjanishvili metro.
There are supermarkets near, Fabrika is near, There are cool bars near.

The owner is legit nice guy.

Quick booking but not clean bed
Pros:

I booked it very late in the evening and my booking was confirmed quickly. The location was nice, however there was no sign indicating that there was a hotel.

Cons:

The room seemed clean at first, but later on I saw hair in the bed which is very critical for me. I rated 7 just because I booked at the last minute.

Pros:

Clean and the location is good considering the price

Cons:

The hotel is old and the windows open with difficulty. The water was not warm enough to take a shower.

We were met by host who seemed not to care about anything and even surprised that we arrived. He was rude and welcomed us with words “the second room will be ready in an hour, take it or not”

We stayed in this property 3 years ago, and the difference was huge. I will never come back.
