Pros:

It's always nice to get a warm welcome when entering a hotel reception. The gentleman serving was fantastic here. Further, the corner room was better than expected. But most of all, it was the food quality. We had an 'A la Carte' dinner the evening we arrived. Never had a better steak. The breakfast buffet looked at first a bit simple, but the taste of all ingredients were super. The hotel food purchaser really understands his/her task.

The service is a bit on and off, giving it a rustic charm. Eating is cheaper a la carte than using the halfpension formula of which the price is hidden. So check and doublecheck before settling in your holiday mode. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and sauna and swimming facilities are excellent. A very relaxing

Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Lage des Hotel's ist perfekt. Wanderungen direkt vom Hotel, Elbpromenade vor der Haustüre

Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr angenehmes Personal. Sehr sauber.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Untergeschoss mit Blick auf die Elbe, welches eine super Lage hatte. Jedoch der graue Linoleum Boden hatte ein Krankenhaus Zimmer Flair erzeugt. Die Betten sind aber spitzenmäßig.

Wiederholenswert, wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub in diesem wundervoll gelegenen Hotel mit Balkon und Blick zur Elbe hin verbracht. Es ist ein tolles Hotel, dass sich auf mehrere Gebäude verteilt mit SPA-Bereich und Außenpool, Parkanlage und wundervoller Gartengestaltung. Auch das hauseigene Restaurant und die Bar betten sich darin passend ein und bieten qualitativ hochwertige Küche. Das Zimmer war großzügig gestaltet und lud zum Wohlfühlen ein. Man ist direkt gegenüber vom historischen Personenaufzug in Bad-Schandau gelegen und auch die historische Tram in den Nationalpark hinein ist wenige Minuten entfernt, man ist schnell im Ortskern von Bad Schandau sowie am Elbkai, um Fähre oder Ausflugsfahrten mit Dampfern antreten zu können. Beim morgendlichen Start zum Wandern wurde uns proaktiv und kostenfrei Wasser und Äpfel mitgegeben, tolle Geste. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Sehr schönes Hotel.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Wir konnten die ganze Woche unser Auto auf dem kostenfreien Parkplatz des Hotels stehen lassen. die Ausflüge sind also auch mit Fähre und Zug möglich.
Der Außenpool ist ausreichend groß und hat sogar Sprudeldüsen.
Das Essen (wir hatten nur Frühstück) war vielseitig und sehr gut.

Cons:

Wir hatten mit die heißesten Tage des Jahres zu der Zeit unseres Urlaubs.
Leider haben die Hotelzimmer keine Klimaanlage und wir hatten nachts 28 Grad im Zimmer.

Schönes Hotel, gepflegte Anlage, entspannte Atmosphäre!
Pros:

Sehr gepflegtes Hotel in weitläufiger Parkanlage direkt am Fluss und nur wenige Meter von der Therme und dem Panorama-Aufzug entfernt. Geräumiges Zimmer - wir waren im Haupthaus mit direktem Blick auf die Elbe untergebracht. Schönes Restaurant, Frühstück und Abendessen auch auf der Sonnen-Terasse möglich. Entspannte Atmosphäre, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den (leider) kurzen Aufenthalt genossen!

Cons:

Die Matratzen könnten etwas bequemer sein.
