Check-In war nicht wie vereinbart möglich!
Im ersten Zimmer standen noch Putzutensilien.
Auf Grund von Überbuchung immerhin ein kostenfreies Upgrade erhalten, welches erst zu viert bezogen werden sollte! Das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte hier nur ein Einzelbett und die vierte Person sollte auf einer Matratze auf dem Boden schlafen!
Taschentuch lag noch auf dem Boden...

Alle unsere Hochzeitsgäste, welche übernachtet haben, haben im Bucheneck gebucht. Diese Buchung war für unsere Trauzeugen.
Es war absolut katastrophal. Zimmer nicht bereit, überbucht und alle Zimmer waren nicht sauber. Ein Gast ist nach Hause gefahren und hat das Zimmer einem anderen Gast überlassen.
Es ist eine absolute Frechheit, wie es abgelaufen ist. ABSOLUT KEINE EMPFEHLUNG für dieses Hotel.
1 Stern nur, da ich sonst keine Bewertung abgeben kann. Minussterne gibt es ja nicht.

- nicht sauber
- tlw. unprofessionelles Verhalten
- benutzte Taschentücher lagen auf dem Boden

Estaba bien hasta que llegué a la habitación.

Cons:

La puerta del balcón no tenía cerrojo, se podía acceder a mi habitación desde cualquier habitación porque estaban conectadas, incluso el pasillo de dentro del hotel tenía acceso a ese balcón. Lo cual podría haber entrado cualquier persona a mi habitación y robar. Además se escuchaba el tren escandalosamente dentro de la habitación, tanto de día como de noche, cada hora pasaba un tren de cargamento y durante el día también, además de trenes para pasajeros. La habitación no tenía aire acondicionado. Y estaba bastante desfasada. No vinieron a limpiar ningún día y el wifi no funcionó ningún día. Creo que además deberían tener un nivel de inglés mejor para poder comunicarnos de manera más efectiva.

Aufgrund der Unerfüllbarkeit der via booking.com gebuchten Leistung musste kurzfristig eine alternative Unterkunft gefunden werden. Hierbei half das Hotelpersonal aktiv mit.

Cons:

Die via Booking.com gebuchte Leistung konnte wegen Überbuchung nicht umgesetzt werden. Das Hotel hat uns hierüber nicht informiert, so dass wir erst bei Ankunft vor Ort davon erfahren haben.

Badkamer was niet proper, Licht in het salon was kapot, geen ontbijt te verkrijgen, 's nachts om 2h00 stond een dame ineens in onze kamer met een koffer ?

Great location , fantastic view from restaurant and my room.
Friendly staff - tried to accommodate my requests, including for a fan
Nicely decorated entrance, restaurant and staircase.
Bedroom was a fair size but the bed was up against a wall which was fine for 1 or 2 mobile people.
There was a fridge .
Popular restaurant and outside eating

Cons:

Room needs some maintenance and updating.
Side light shade is wooden and broken and gives no light for reading .
The mattress was foam topped and would have been comfy if it was not currently so hot. I found tthe pillow lumpy.
I left early and there was no one on reception and no obvious place to leave the key.

Charming hotel at a beautiful location - with a lot of potential

Fantastic location right along the Rhine.
The building is freshly renovated and has a boutique hotel style with a lot of potential to become one of the top hotels in Linz. A location to fall in love with...

So almost there but not quite...

Cons:

Some points of improvement:
After the first night, our room hadn't been cleaned, nor had we received fresh towels.
Unless guests specifically don't want their room cleaned every night, this is not welcoming.
Also, we were missing paper towels in the bathroom. Refilling them on a regular basis is a small task for the chamber personnel and makes such a difference.

As you are not offering any breakfast:
What an opportunity to welcome your guests with tea/coffee in their rooms!
The water cooker was a nice start; unfortunately, neither the tea bags nor the cups made it to our room.
Bonus: add a coffee maker with some coffee pads. This is what guests would typically expect in a boutique hotel at such a lovely location.

Finally, if you choose not to offer any breakfast, why not give some recommendations to your guests?

My personal recommendation would be Café Reinartz, located at 5 minutes' distance, offering breakfast, pastries and quiche. The personnel were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Rechnungsstellung war umständlich da wir die Zahlungsbestätigung erhielten, aber die Karte nicht belastet wurde und die Mitarbeiter vor Ort zur Zahlung angewiesen wurde war sehr unangenehm und man hätte dies im Voraus einfach besser kommunizieren können als einen erhöhten Aufwand für die Buchhaltung darzustellen.
