Bardzo przyjemny hotel blisko lasu. Duży plus za basen. Śniadania urozmaicone, pomimo dużej rotacji ludzi, bardzo sprawnie donoszone brakujące rzeczy. Wygodne łóżka. Bardzo lubimy Lądek-Zdrój całą rodziną.

Cons:

Brakowało jakieś łyżeczki w pokoju do zrobienia sobie herbaty, bo czajnik i kubeczki były.

sniadanie w formie szweckiego bufetu duzy wybór potraw. Mozna skorzystac z basenu.. Z hotelu bardzo blisko aby isc na Trojak i platformę widokowa blisko do Stawów Biskupich na pstraga.

Brakowało mi w pokoju herbaty i kawy był czajnik elektryczny. Brakowało tez butelki z woda.

Snídaně úžasná, velký výběr všeho, pravidelně doplňováno, bez připomínek. Bazén je dostatečný, vířivka úžasná. Do města je to dál, ale příroda je hned za hotelem - východisko turistických tras.

Cons:

U hotelu pouze malé parkoviště, dál se dala najít parkovací místa, ale bylo to dál.

Największym atutem hotelu jest jego położenie oraz przemiły i pomocny personel. Byłam miło zaskoczona życzliwością każdej osoby pracującej w hotelu. Po wejściu do pokoju czuć było przyjemny zapach, świadczący o tym, ze został dokładnie wysprzątany.

Pokoje są bardzo dobre, ale ząb czasu odcisnął się już na ścianach i meblach. Na pewno potrzebują odświeżenia.
