Pros:

Good location, close to family we were visiting

Cons:

Room was very small, not big enough to open main door or bathroom door fully. Noisy in the evening as directly opposite pub garden. Parking was very difficult as small carpark served accommodation and pub, I had to park a few minutes walk away in the evening

Very impressed
Pros:

Booked thus hotel for a concert at the milton keynes bowl, didn't have any expectations. Staff really helpful and professional. We didn't eat here but had a few drinks before we ventured out. Beds very comfy rooms very nice and modern. I would highly recommend

Small noisy pub with rooms.
Cons:

Cancelled due to lack of safe parking and no availability of twin rooms. Community pub demeaner with only 10.tight parking slots facing onto a busy trunk road. Not obvious from the bookings.com description. :(

Everything i wasn't expecting the room to be so nice for the price but it was i felt like I was posh it was so nice the area is so peaceful and the staff really nice and helpful i would defo book again it was so close to where I was going and the breakfast if you get chance is 10/10.There is 1 thing i do think you are under charging you should charge more(not to much😁)but you got a prime location when Reggae Land and othersuff is on in the town I've paid more further out and didn't get nothing like you offer.Thank you for a nice stay and to the lady who owns the place im sorry I thought u was a customer you just seemed chilled😅you have a beautiful property me my daughter and friends loved it there💯
