Pros:

Excelente el personal, súperamables. Hermosa la pileta con bar. Hermoso vista a la playa, se puede bajar a la misma. Cerca del centro, 15 minutos a pie, donde están los principales restaurantes y edificios de intereses.
Las habitaciones hermosas.

The stay was very poor, unfortunately not what we were expecting

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had: the jacuzzi was broken for 3 of our 5 days, we were repeatedly locked out of our room and falsely blamed for an issue caused by the cleaning staff, the breakfast was unacceptable, and the staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. To make matters even worse, after we filed a formal complaint with Booking.com, the hotel responded with false statements and attempted to portray us as liars instead of taking responsibility for their failures.

Il manque qq équipements dans les chambres : pas de verres, pas de bouilloire ou de cafetière
Quand il y a du vent, la salle du ptt dej est derrière la réception "sans fenêtre"
