Cons:

The hotel is very outdated, with an excessive amount of rust everywhere— in the rooms, bathrooms, and wellness area. It is extremely disappointing that in both the apartment and the deluxe double room they offer a sofa bed option, but it is truly awful. The sofa is old, dirty, hard, and has various hard parts sticking out of it. It is impossible to sleep on.
The cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. Overall, a major disappointment.

Egy éjszaka is sok volt.
Pros:

A környezet és a lovarda. A lovardában mindenki kedves volt.

Cons:

Az egész szállás nem gyerek barát. A wellness részen a gyerek medencébe potyogott a csempe. Ezen kívül játék nem volt biztosítva, és semmilyen élményelem nem működött a többi medencébe. Plussz ha bárhol fel lett volna tüntetve, hogy építkezés van, akkor mérlegelhettünk volna hogy szeretnénk a családdal megszállni vagy sem. Sajnálattal tapasztaltuk, hogy az építkezés végett a játszótér is eltűnt a hotel mellől. A légkondi nem működött. A kapcsolok derék magasságba vannak, amit egy gyerek gond nélkül tud kapcsolni. A szobánk ajtaja nehezen nyílt/záródott. Mint kiderült elem probléma volt.

Pros:

A hotelnek van sajàt wellness részlege ami rendben van, sajnos törülközőt a szobából kellett levinnuni mert a wellness recepciós azt mondta "elfogyott" a törölköző lent! Az is rendben van, hogy van saját étterme de ugyanakkor ez minden reggel érződött is a folyósókon. Étel szag mindenhol.

Cons:

A tisztaság az első amibe belekötnék, az előző vendég szőre a tusoló kabin belépésénél várt. Pókok és pókháló. Nem tiszta kárpitok (szőnyeg, sötétítő, függöny- mind nagyon koszos).
A reggeli gyenge- de mondjuk rendben. A fürdőben a plafon levegőző ajtó kiesve várt, làtszottak a mennyezeti csövek a plafon mögött! A szobàból a szemetet nem vitték ki, ami azért zavaro mert kisgyerekkel voltunk, akinek gyereke van érti miért kényelmetlen ez (pelus). Külön kellett volna valôszínűleg kérni. Az ágyvetest stb ugyancsak biztosan azt is kérésre teszik.
A bookingon kũltéri medence es jatszohely jelenik meg a képeken, ez a valósàgban még csak látvànyterv mert még építkezés alatt àll a hely.
A panaszaim elmondtam a recepción is a kijelentkezéskor- a recepciós làny tényelg kedvesen meghallgatta, nem ellenkezett nem negàlt, értette a helyzetet. Ár minőség aràny nagyon nincs rendben! Nem javaslom a helyet. Bízom benne felújítàs után ügyesebbek lesznek!

Nagyon jó szállás, jó szívvel ajánlom másoknak is.
Pros:

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a személyzet mindenhol. Pagony füzet a gyerekeknek, pecsétgyűjtés és a végén ajándék. Az étteremben nagyon finomak voltak az ételek.

Cons:

A wellness részlegen a legnagyobb medence vize kicsit hideg volt. A szauna nem volt megfelelően felfűtve.
