Convenient location near the beach with wonderful service
Pros:

I chose to stay at Paradise Land Resort for its location, as I only had to cross a single road to reach the beach. The footpath along Beach Road is excellent for walks. There were also a Starbucks, McDonald's, and 7-Eleven very close by, in addition to various restaurants. Central Pattaya Mall (formerly Central Festival) and Royal Garden Plaza are easily accessible by baht bus, and the baht buses will take you southbound on Beach Road and northbound on Second Road. There is a laundry service very close to the hotel as well. The hotel courtyard is neat, featuring a massive swimming pool. Wonderful and helpful staff.

Cons:

The bed was very hard. There were minor issues in the bathroom. The door to my room dragged along the floor, which made a loud scraping sound when opening and closing it. The walls had a concrete texture which was neat, but a little oppressive. The windows were jammed and could not be opened. The lighting was not great. None of these takes away from the positive things I have to say about the hotel. I would stay there again if I ever return to Pattaya.

I will never stay here again
Cons:

Airport transfer booked but nobody came. No one answered the phone. When we arrived they had not set up the additional requested bed we were told to wait until tomorrow. Wifi not working, bathroom dirty, tried to check out next day and staff would not listen finally they agreed to let us check out
