Pros:

It lacks life and vibrancy its a bit dated and given its location there needs to be more vibrancy in and around the hotel pool area bar etc. I did visit outwith peak season but the hotel was still busy. Whilst trying to maintain high standards with pleasantry and great staff the place needs a deep clean and a revamp. More going on and more interaction from the staff and team. I would stay again but im not in a hurry to. The 711 is very convenient and terminal 21 is walkable which is great. A great coffee spot. Called backstreet just a 5 min walk away . Great spot to hang out and chill.

We had a good stay!
Pros:

The staffs are well trained, very welcoming and they treated us well. The room and bed were spacious, and we had a very good night sleep.

Cons:

At first the room has a damp smell but after open AC for a while, the atmosphere was better.
