Super freundliches Personal, Frühstück war auch sehr in Ordnung. Große Zimmer und sehr sauber. Grundsätzliche Lage in Pattaya auch sehr gut, der Busbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Lage an einer vielbefahrenen Straße, dementsprechend sehr laut bis tief in die Nacht. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer könnte durchaus etwas heller sein, und an den Betten sind leider keine Steckdosen vorhanden.

It lacks life and vibrancy its a bit dated and given its location there needs to be more vibrancy in and around the hotel pool area bar etc. I did visit outwith peak season but the hotel was still busy. Whilst trying to maintain high standards with pleasantry and great staff the place needs a deep clean and a revamp. More going on and more interaction from the staff and team. I would stay again but im not in a hurry to. The 711 is very convenient and terminal 21 is walkable which is great. A great coffee spot. Called backstreet just a 5 min walk away . Great spot to hang out and chill.

The staffs are well trained, very welcoming and they treated us well. The room and bed were spacious, and we had a very good night sleep.
At first the room has a damp smell but after open AC for a while, the atmosphere was better.
