1.浴室水垢都沒清潔乾淨，地板很滑連止滑墊都沒有，房內冰箱內也沒擦乾淨
2.原來要辦延退
第一次詢問晚班櫃檯人員延退
最晚。到幾點回覆我最晚只能
到15:00次，好我先出去回來結，
小姐回覆我沒關係。
快24點回來第二次又問櫃檯大夜我要辦延退，大夜櫃檯回覆我如果要延退最到13:00呦，我說那算了我考慮看到。好了到了早上約11點多我又再問櫃檯第三次我要辦延退先生回覆我最晚可到14:00點，我說好沒問題。
我越想越好笑一個櫃檯三班回覆客人的話都不一樣，難道客人想延退都要看當櫃的人員心情想讓客人到幾點就幾點，櫃檯的教育訓練真的有待加強沒有一個標準的SOP，
