I would have tried another hotel next time although we didn't disappoint from Ana

Sejurul a fost unul placut.
Pros:

Locatie este oarecum centrala.
Ai acces rapid la diverse puncte de atractie ex.telecabina
Camerele sunt curate si suficient de mari.
Am fost cu bunicii si cea mica ;am primit camere alaturate cu comunicare,ceea ce a fost o bucurie pentru fetita.
Personalul extrem de amabil atat la receptie, cat si la curatenie si restaurant.
Micul dejun variat nu cred ca mai au ce adauga la un mic dejun.
In ceea ce priveste centrul spa pot spune ca jaccuzi-ul exterior este extraordinar.

Cons:

Piscina interioara era foarte adanca si nu prezenta nivel pentru copii.Daca nu stii sa inoti nu prea o poti folosi.
Raportul calitate -pret ramane totusi destul de ridicat

Atentia la detalii face diferenta
Pros:

Inca de la check-in am avut parte de o surpriza foarte placuta, primind un upgrade gratuit la un apartament superb, foarte spatios, cu un balcon care il inconjura in intregime, oferind privelisti spectaculoase. Ne-am bucurat din plin de zona de SPA, in special de piscina si de jacuzzi-ul exterior. Am ales si un masaj de cuplu, Duo Deep Tissue, si pot spune sincer ca a fost unul dintre cele mai bune masaje de care am avut parte pana acum. Am luat cina in ambele seri la restaurantul Altitude si am fost placut impresionati. Mancarea a fost foarte buna, iar personalul extrem de amabil, atent la detalii si mereu gata sa ajute. In prima seara am comandat o sticla de vin din meniu, dar, din pacate, nu au reusit sa o gaseasca. Spre surprinderea noastra, a doua seara, sticla era deja pregatita pentru noi, un gest care spune multe despre atentia acordata oaspetilor si despre dorinta echipei de a oferi o experienta cat mai placuta. Cu siguranta vom reveni!

לחזור למלון המדהים הזה כדי לחגוג את יום ההולדת שלי הייתה הבחירה הכי טובה שיכולתי לעשות. מהרגע הראשון של הצ'ק-אין, שהיה קליל, מזמין ומלא בסטייל ג'ורג'יאנה המקסימה והעובדים המקסימים מדלפק הקבלה שקיבלו את פניי בחיוך כובש, במאור פנים ובאנרגיה נפלאה שעשתה לי את היום, ועד לרגע הצ'ק-אאוט שהיה אדיב ומקצועי, כל החוויה הייתה פשוט מושלמת. מילים לא יוכלו לתאר את ההערכה שלי לג'ורג'יאנה המדהימה ממחלקת קשרי הלקוחות – השירות שהיא העניקה לי הוא ברמה הגבוהה ביותר שיש, עם אדיבות מופלאה, אינטליגנציה שירותית יוצאת דופן ולב ענק ורחב. להקשיב באמת ולהבין כל צורך. הנוכחות המקסימה שלה והמקצועיות הבלתי מתפשרת שלה משרות ביטחון ורוגע מוחלט מהרגע הראשון. היא ליוותה אותי לאורך כל השהות וגרמה לי להרגיש כמו מלך; היא פנתה אליי ברגישות ובאדיבות האינסופית שלה, ביקשה שרק אפתח את הלב ואעדכן אותה אם חסר לי ולו הפרט הקטן ביותר, והדגישה בחיוך שכל מה שאצטרך נמצא תמיד במרחק בקשה אחת קטנה ממנה.

ג'ורג'יאנה מקשרי הלקוחות פינקה אותי מכל הלב ודאגה באופן אישי למספר פינוקים מדהימים ומקסימים במיוחד לכבוד יום ההולדת שלי, וכל בקשה קטנה שביקשתי נענתה מיד בחיוך ענק ובלב רחב. המלון כולו מצטיין ברמת ניקיון פנומנלית, וישנו ריח נעים ומזמין ותמיד מתנגנת מוזיקה מרגיעה בכל אזור ואזור במלון שפשוט מעצימים את חוויית השהות. החדר שקיבלתי היה פשוט מהמם, מרווח ומפנק, והשירות של החדרניות המקסימות, של מחלקת משק הבית היה יוצא מן הכלל – הן דאגו שהחדר יהיה מבריק ונקי ברמה הגבוהה ביותר בכל יום מחדש.

השירות של אנשי חדר האוכל המקסימים, האוכל והמסעדה היה פשוט נפלא, והאוכל שאכלתי שם בכל יום היה עשיר, טעים וברמה גבוהה מאוד. גם השירות שקיבלתי מאנשי הבר המקסימים, היה מקצועי בטירוף, קשוב ונהדר.

מתקני הספא והבריאות הם גן עדן אמיתי וחוויה מעולם אחר. השירות של כל עובדי הספא המקסימים, המטפלים והמנהלים ללא יוצא מן הכלל הוא פשוט מעל ומעבר, והטיפולים המעולים שקיבלתי מהם, לצד השילוב המושלם של המוזיקה המרגיעה, השקט, הסדר והניקיון המופתי מייצרים אווירה של רוגע מוחלט. גולת הכותרת היא הג'קוזי החיצוני החם, שמשקיף על נוף מדהים ועוצר נשימה – פשוט חלום!
