Simple, clean and great location right next to transportation.
Pros:

2nd stay here in 6 months . Nothing fancy but does the job.

location near church metro station.

Cons:

TV Sub unit for tv programs did not work. I do not watch TV channels so it was no problem to me.

Wifi sometimes weak or not available. I brought my own mobile internet flat rate so it was no problem for me.

Hotel very quiet in clean. Two separate restrooms and showers at each floor.

Staff at the counter exceptily friendly.

Bed and bedding was cheap and uncomfortable, small and cold at night with no heating element available in the room
Pros:

The lobby was nice and where the hotel concierge was staying from what I could see and the shower room was clean and so was the shared bathroom

Cons:

The surprise additional incidental/insurance fee of $200 if I didn’t have and/or
hold a credit card to put down on file that was not listed on there policy or check in requirements after I had already paid through the app

Pros:

La habitación un poco chica, pero silenciosa, ventilada y limpia. Lo mejor la ubicación del hotel

Comfortable for the location if you don’t mind Sharing the bathroom with an entire floor.
Pros:

It’s close to the Castro and near by many social events.

Cons:

There only ONE bathroom (toilet and shower) for the entire floor. And, when I was there toilet was ‘out of order.’

The cheapest accommodation I could find near the Castro should be called a hostel, not a hotel.
Pros:

Very nice front desk staff.

Cons:

No elevator. Smelly room. Stained carpet. Door had to be locked to stay close. Mattress felt springy. The long hallways and the shared toilet and shower across the hall made it feel like an old tenement house.

Très bonne adresse pour une soirée dans le Castro
Pros:

Adresse bon marché dans super quartier pour sortir.

Cons:

Ca pourrait être super d'avoir davantage de conseils pour se garer pas trop loin lorsqu'il y a beaucoup de monde en ville (le week end)
