Pros:

Nur die Aussicht von der Terrasse!

Cons:

Ich reise seit über 25 Jahren mit Booking, aber so habe ich noch nirgendwo übernachtet. Das Zimmer war mehr als abgewohnt. Tapeten und Teppichboden stammen etwa aus den 70er Jahren und wurden seitdem nicht renoviert. Ein übler Geruch hat uns empfangen, dazu ein rostiger Ventilator. Die 250-Dollar-Kaution war dafür nicht nur überteuert, sondern ein Witz. Ich kann es nicht weiter empfehlen.

It was horrible, but I’ll never stay at your hotel again
Cons:

No AC was very hot. The room was not clean have problems with the ceiling and the shower area falling apart. I was so disgusted with the whole experience. There was also a power outage too that morning. I just jumped up and grabbed my bags and left.

Crashpad accom next to the beach. Stay downtown and commute to beach instead.

Location is great.

Cons:

Rooms are run down and old. No smart TV. Key lock style motel. Pool furniture is old and worn. No AC, old noisy fans in the bedroom (not ceiling, but actual outdoor fans that are noisy like aircraft engines). Bathroom curtains from sears from 1990.

Cons:

Lack of airflow in the upstairs room with the sliding glass doors. Older property with no a/c, not pet friendly, very uncomfortable pillows that had small black bugs on them.

Great location, but stay away if it's hot..
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect, right across from the beach. You can walk to Stearns Wharf, if you want, or the Zoo.

Cons:

It was very hot and humid; there is no air-conditioning in the rooms. They provide a fan, but it was still uncomfortable.

Pros:

Location was great, we could see the Ocean from our room. Close proximity to our favorite restaurant, easy uber to Santa Barbara Bowl.

While the inn was older it was clean and in a great location. I would recommend getting a 2nd floor

It was close to the ocean and walking distance to many things.

Cons:

There was no air conditioning so a box fan in window was loud and there was no privacy. There were kids running around till midnight on the floor above us.

Great location, outdated property
Pros:

Location is fantastic however because it's a coastal property and very outdated, there is no A/C.
Parking is free and it has gorgeous views of the ocean. Homelessness is a problem in the area however.

Cons:

No A/C and very outdated bathroom, no coffee maker, very pricy for such a small room.
