Hotel totalmente sucio y muy mal servicio.
Pros:

No hay nada que uno puede gustar en este hotel. Muy mal servicio de parte de la recepción. La señora muy mal criada y peleona. No sabe como tratar sus clientes, habla muy mal conmigo. Ella es muy conflictiva. Tuve que ir a un otro hotel de calidad. Realmente no me gustó nada. Muy mal servicio. Sería mejor que cobran más dinero y brindar un servicio de calidad.

Cons:

Todo sucio. Ese hotel necesita un mantenimiento total. Es mejor que lo arreglan y cobrar más dinero por noche. Ni siquiera un cerdo debe llegar a este hotel. Lavamano no funciona y esta votando agua en el piso. La foto que está en la página es totalmente diferente a lo que yo veo. 0/100. Y muy mal servicio de parte de la recepción. La señora de la recepción muy conflictiva. No sabe como hablar con los clientes. Tuve que ir a un otro hotel. Booking.com es una aplicación muy delicada y confiable, no debe permitir que existe ese tipo de porquería en la página. Porque es un engaño total. Yo denuncio ese hotel, porque eso no debe llamar hotel. Para que Booking.com siga ganando las confianza de sus clientes es importante que haga una investigación sobre ese hotel y animar a que hagan un mantenimiento general en ese hotel.

Lo único bueno es la amabilidad de Joana es un persona muy amable, la ubicación cerca de un Carrefour, cerca del malecón y de la zona colonial.

Cons:

Tiene cucarachas, se va el agua, no funciona el wifi, el baño y las instalaciones son muy viejas, no lo limpiaron en las 3 noches.

Nothing would not recomend

Would not recommend. As soon as I arrived from the airport the lady was really rude and rolled her eyes when I Sayed I speak English, even dough she speaks English her self. My room was taken and she just kept saying "it is not my problem" defensive, condescending and argumentative from the get go for no apparent reason. Ultra focused on problems and no solutions. I got a other place. Cause of the cheap price decided to try book it the day after but the beds were taken so they do not have the beds they put on the site even dough it was confirmed on booking. If you want to be sure to have a place and a good mood don't book it. One of the most unprofessional "check in" I ever tryed. Just a bad expience all the way.
