Le décor et l’emplacement

Cons:

L’accès (par la route) et le parking en travaux. La moitié des places étaient problématique pour des véhicules avec une garde au sol basse!
La cabine de douche de la salle de bains étroite, avec des portes qui ont tendance à ce démonter …

Pros:

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen. Wer sich Ruhe wünscht und dennoch gerne nahe der Stadt ist, wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Vom Balkon aus, hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die umliegende Region.
Auch vom Restaurantbetrieb bekommt man nur sehr wenig mit, da die Zimmer nach hinten versetzt sind.

Joli lieu, personnel sympa, déjeuner bien, mais déçu rapport installations/prix.

Le petit-déjeuner avait un choix standard mais bien. La situation géographique est pas mal. Le calme aussi.

Cons:

On a été fortement déçu que le SPA ne soit PAS COMPRIS avec le prix de l'hébergement réservé via e-booking... Selon nous, le filtre est mensongé et induit en erreur lors de la réservation, et payer quasi 30.- par pers. pour un accès au sauna c'est abusé selon nous. On a été toute la journée à l'Aquafit de Sursee pour un prix absolument correct.
La chambre manquait selon nous d'un petit frigo pour les effets personnels. Heureusement qu'il n'a pas fait trop beau et chaud lors de notre séjour. Il manquait aussi selon nous un store occultant, il est très désagréable pour nous de se faire réveiller par la luminosité du lever du jour.
