The staff upon check in were Nice! That it.

Cons:

We didn't get the room we paid for. When you choose your room that the kinda room you expect. Not to be sent across the street to a room you didn't pick. Be careful booking here. It seems they show you images on line that are not of the room you expect or pay for.

The setting was beautiful. Enjoy the waterview with egrets and one dolphin passing by. The pool was wonderful as well.

Pros:

You get greeted by the most amazing people. They’re always happy and glad to see and help you. It was wonderful seeing dolphins and manatees right outside our room.

I would stay here again because it was clean, had a great location, free parking, pet friendly and had a retro flare.
Pros:

That you could move freely between all 3 family owned properties. Their main office was super cute. The staff were super nice especially Liam. Cherry on top was Happy hour that had beer and wine for free.

Cons:

Extra blankets and pillows should be readily available and stored in the closet for the futon. I had to ask for them.

It was beautiful - having a room next to the water was amazing! From the moment we arrived we were already happy with the booking. Tanner was exceptional at answering my questions over the phone prior to arriving at Bay Palms and he was even more amazing during check in! I had booked a room for my boyfriend’s birthday and Tanner upgraded our room and made us feel welcome! It was amazing to learn that Bay Palms was allowing residence of St.Pete to stay at there hotel as long term guests due to the past hurricane that hit the coast - with other hotels stopping that; Bay Palms continued to provide shelter for the residence of St.Pete. The paintings in our room were beautiful and although we are not directly on the beach - it is only a 5 minute walk to the ocean! Thank you, Tanner for an awesome weekend and keep up the great work 🫶

Great room and value, kind staff.
Pros:

My room was a cute little room right on the water. Beautiful for sunrises and sunsets (and all the time). The staff was really friendly when I arrived and helped me with all the info I needed as I got settled in. Location was great - I would walk to my conference center and multiple restaurants. The room itself was small but clean and had all I needed. There was beach access at the “main” hotel as well.

Cons:

I called the first day (and the second) about accessing the fitness center (the card reader wasn’t working), but unfortunately that never got fixed and I was unable to use that facility as I had planned.

Lovely place on the Bay with amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff was wonderful, and the location directly on the Bay was stunning.

Cons:

The parking situation is confusing upon arrival. There is one "handicapped" parking space continuously occupied by vehicles without the appropriate license plates or placards.
