Pros:

Great location. Free breakfast was wonderful. Hotel was good- staff was fine ( not great or hospitable) and we enjoyed our stay. The walk from the elevator was ridiculously long. I don’t understand the layout of the hotel or why they did it that way. I used the stairs most of the time because the elevator was so far away from our room. The forced valet parking was appropriate for being near a beach but it wasn’t the quality of a hotel that should force you to valet. Overall good experience.

Great place to stay for beach vacation
Pros:

We love this hotel! It's a short walk to the beach (3-5 minutes tops), convenient to the handful of restaurants and shops on the Vilano beach side of St. Augustine, and a simple drive into the historic old downtown. It's the best of all the things St. Augustine has to offer, and we enjoy staying at this hotel tremendously.

Everything was good!

Cons:

I did not get the room I paid for and was told it was by something else when it was not. So the staff did not wanna satisfy what I paid for and proof that I did pay for what I was hoping to get!

Staff was really good. Some confusion with double booking the same room but was eventually resolved.
Pros:

The property looks fine. The rugs on our floor (3) looked used.

Location is great easy walk to the beach and convenient to Publix
Pros:

The parking staff was amazing . They have a bar and restaurant on the roof top with a live music.

Cons:

The elevators call buttons are not connected
You have to use both sides for calling for a elevator
