Loved our stay, we will definitely stay here again!!
Pros:

Super clean and convenient to beach and publix. Not too far a drive from downtown St. Augustine. Valet parking. Breakfast was great!!

Watch for valet parking charges and do not book a 3rd floor room under the rooftop bar or you will be awakened from cons

Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Cons:

Room was on 3rd floor directly under rooftop bar. It sounded like chairs and furniture scraping above me until well into the night. Did not like hidden charge to have mandatory valet parking. If you park using street parking as was previously allowed, your vehicle will be towed between 12 am to 6 am. This is new restriction by the city, but I wasn’t aware when booking room of the additional price.

Pros:

The location and the valet personnel.

Cons:

The manager, Amber, was rude without cause and did not have the knowledge or experience about how to address customers in a competent manner. In plain words, she lacked CLASS! Furthermore , she had no business being in any type of management, since she had no idea about how to implement diplomacy, compassion or couth. We would never recommend this place to stay!

Safe stay close to beach!
Pros:

Staff was pleasant, area felt safe, close walk to beach.

Cons:

Very little insulation in the walls. We could hear the music the person next door had playing as a sound soother as well as water draining from a/c unit. Shower had little water pressure.

Pros:

It was pretty convenient with beach and a grocery store across the roadway

Cons:

It doesn’t have public parking or is strictly paid parking and valet parking only from 12am-6am or you will get towed so no option but to pay it …. Also it says $50 deposit for if you tear something up not $50 per day deposit which is what you have to pay …. The hallways when get out of the elevator on floor two smelt like pee the whole time

Other than parking, it was a great stay
Pros:

Location and cleanness was awesome.

Cons:

Only Valet Parking was offer. I don’t like other people driving my vehicle and it was a daily issue with this. Will not be staying at this location again.
