Overall, this hotel delivers on every level: comfort, cleanliness, service and convenience.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality and great service. The best location and atmosphere. Visible from the windows was an astonishing view of Mount Kazbek and the surrounding mountain range.

Cons:

I liked everything.

Καθαρό δωμάτιο και προσεγμένοι όλοι οι χώροι. Πλούσιο πρωινό όπου συμπεριλαμβάνονται σπιτικές παραδοσιακές γεύσεις. Ασφαλές πάρκινγκ για τις μηχανές μας. Το προσωπικό τόσο στο πρωινό όσο και η κυρία στην υποδοχή ήταν ευγενέστατοι.

Great hotel
Pros:

A really charming little hotel, beautifully decorated, very clean, warm family atmosphere.
The shared lounge is a huge bonus.

Good place to stay for a few nights with family
Pros:

In my opinion, the hotel is slightly overpriced, but the price is still reasonable for the high season in Kazbegi. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, and the overall design looks modern and stylish. The rooms often have several beds, so our family of four was able to stay comfortably in one room.

Cons:

There were a few minor drawbacks. The pillows were very high and not particularly comfortable for sleeping. There were also no blackout curtains, so the room became bright quite early in the morning. The bedside lamps had exposed bulbs, which made the light a little harsh on the eyes. In addition, there was no convenient shelf in the bathroom for toiletries and cosmetics. Overall, it is still a good hotel with beautiful views. The breakfast was average, but it included the basics, such as eggs and some meat. The coffee was instant, so if you enjoy good coffee, it is better to bring your own.

Premium stay in the hearth of Kazbegi
Pros:

Excellent location, we could walk everywhere for food and to visit main attractions. The longe room
was fantastic for the kids to relax and adults to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day.
The breakfast was fantastic, fresh and varied every day.

Cons:

The internet was slow at times and the bathroom could benefit from having several shelves or flat surfaces for storage.

Nice and cozy
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and kind. Atmosphere was cozy. Location is good near the center. Breakfast is decent. The view was amazing. Coffee and tea are only available at the lobby all time.

Cons:

The water gun was leaking water in the bathroom. Not very clean but ok. No kettle, coffee, tea, water, tv or fridge in the room.

Второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Хозяин потрясающий человек, очень помог с машиной, принёс домашнего очень вкусного вина. Вид потрясающий из зала 2 этажа

Cons:

Телевизор в общем зале явно лишний... лучше поставьте в номерах, чтобы каждый смотрел что хочет, и не мешали друг другу

Bardzo miła obsługa, która spełniła każdą naszą prośbę. Smaczne śniadanie, a jak na standardy śniadań w Gruzji to wręcz wybitne. Wygodne łóżka, duży taras. Bardzo fajne przestrzenie wspólne.

Cons:

Byłoby 9/10 gdyby zadbać o odpływ w łazience i ogólne odświeżenie w pokoju. 10/10 za lepsze wygłuszenie, chociaż po całym dniu w górach goście są raczej spokojni :)

Pros:

The hosts were welcoming. The hotel had great views to Kazbegi mountain. We really enjoyed the breakfast it had a lot of options.

Cons:

The room was nice but we felt that some amenities were missing (TV, air conditioning). Also perhaps it could be cleaner especially in the bathroom and the walls.
