Just nice.
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

The room i stayed were so hot like i feel the aircond is not functioning well. Luckily my kids are still in good behavior and since it just for one night, i dont think its worth it to asked for a different room.

Budget hotel - suitable if you just want to sleep/rest.
Pros:

The ample parking around the hotel cuz the other shops are closed so if you only staying to rest, then yes it should do its job. there's water filter at the corridor so you can have cold water at convenience.

Cons:

The size of the room, the shower had no curtain so when you shower the whole toilet is wet. The iron is at the end of the corridor , the communal area had no aircond. the blanket is not properly cleaned.
