Boutique hotel bliss, warm and friendly staff and good food.
Pros:

Such lovely, caring and efficient staff particularly Sami who was bar man, waiter and go to for most things. The lady at reception was welcoming and polite and the two boys who carried the bags were very friendly and genuine. This boutique hotel is in a quiet riverside location about 35 minute car journey to Yala national park. The food was very good and wide choice with specialities of the week. We just stayed one night so didn’t have chance to use the pool or gym but everything was well maintained and clean. The decor is brightly coloured giving a vibrant feeling to the place. Exceptionally good value for money.

Cons:

Limited wine and cocktail list but more a suggestion for improvement rather than a complaint

Topteam in een tophotel
Pros:

Je krijgt er een warme welkom door de gastvrouw en haar team. Het is een perfect evenwicht tussen professioneel en hartelijk. Handdoeken aan het zwembad, cocktailbar,…alles perfect. Ze geef ook advies over leuke activiteiten die je kan doen en dat is zeker niet alleen een safari! Een echt aanrader.

Everything excellent. Very nice and big room.very clean hotel. Nice swimming pool. Excellent food and sweets. Very kind an polite staff. They even prepared a breakfast box for the safari trip as we leave the hotel 5 in the morning.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Accueil très chaleureux et d’une gentillesse ! Les chambres sont très agréables et la piscine est vraiment super ! Ils vous préparent le petit déjeuner à emporter si vous devez partir pour un safari a 5h du matin.

Heel klantgericht!
Pros:

Dit hotel wordt door fijne mensen gerund. We kregen fantastische tips over wat je kan doen in de omgeving. We gingen naar de fruitbat colony en we gingen naar Kataragama Perahera wat een heel bijzondere ervaring was.
Naast NP Yala is er voor toeristen niet super veel te doen, maar met hun advies de mooiste belevenis meegemaakt hier!
En ja, ook een luipaard gezien!

Pros:

Hotel River Front offers a fantastic stay in every aspect except for the relatively high price. We booked a safari tour through the hotel and were lucky enough to spot a leopard during the trip, which was absolutely amazing. The hostess Salad is warm and talkative, she has visited Beijing, Shanghai and Yiwu in China, so we had lots to chat about. The hotel is clean and comfortable with great service.We have an unforgettable wonderful experience here.
