Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative che si hanno scegliendo una struttura a cinque stelle.

Innanzitutto siamo rimasti piuttosto sorpresi dalla camera: il bagno era completamente privo di porta, una scelta che personalmente abbiamo trovato poco confortevole e poco funzionale, soprattutto considerando il livello dell’hotel.

L’episodio che però ci ha lasciati maggiormente perplessi è avvenuto al momento della cena. Siamo scesi al ristorante e la persona incaricata di accompagnarci al tavolo, vedendo che il mio compagno stava terminando una telefonata, mi ha invitata ad aspettare aggiungendo che “in vacanza non si parla al telefono”.

Al di là del fatto che si trattava semplicemente di una telefonata che stava per concludersi, abbiamo trovato il commento decisamente fuori luogo. Un ospite dovrebbe essere accolto con cortesia e discrezione, senza che il personale si permetta considerazioni personali su come debba trascorrere la propria vacanza.

Sono proprio questi dettagli a fare la differenza, soprattutto in una struttura a cinque stelle, dalla quale ci saremmo aspettati un livello di servizio e di attenzione all’ospite decisamente superiore.

Spero tanto di tornare in inverno.
Pros:

Mi é piaciuto tutto: la camera, gli spazi comuni, la spa, l’assistenza. Un encomio particolare va senz’altro alla cucina ed in particolare ai pasticceri.

Cons:

Parte del personale di sala dovrebbe essere formato meglio prima di esser messo a servire in una struttura del genere.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is brand new and well maintained. Spotlessly clean.

Cons:

We had a family room with a bunk bed for kids. The room for the bunk bed is way too small, looks much bigger on the pictures. Apart from that you have the open shower without any door at all and a glass toilet door with no lock, which doesn’t seem very suitable for a family room which claims can accommodate 4 adults.
