Pros:

La atención del personal, algunos fueron muy amables. Todo estuvo muy limpio, y el desayuno estás rico

Cons:

El detalle de decoración de las habitaciones, en las fotos esta más llamativo que lo que realmente está en el hotel, pero es buen hotel, los colchones no me gustaron, parecían colchonetas gruesas

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado una mejor actitud del recepcionista, aparte de que se compraron unas botellas con agua y el cobró de más a lo que en realidad costaban. Al llegar a la habitación todo bien, lo único es que deberían hacerle limpieza a las neveras qué manejan, ya que cuando fui a abrirla, el agua que queda ahí no la secan y estaba llena de hongo y por ende olía mal. De resto hasta el momento todo bien.

La amabilidad del personal es muy buena, excelente servicio desde la recepción hasta la niña del aseo me sentí muy bien

Cons:

El cuarto que nos dieron no tenía nada que ver con las fotos que publican en la app y todo el tiempo el cuarto tuvo un olor a caño horrible, no fue muy agradable la señora experiencia la verdad no lo recomiendo

When I book it was a different price from what they charged me at hotel
They said were taxes, but it was never specify during booking

Cons:

People at front desk were very attentive. Breakfast was great. Beds were not very comfortable and room have a small window to the stairs. It gave me a claustrophobic
