Experience at a hotel in Vizag
Pros:

The receptionist was attentive but that apart,, nothing else seemed acceptable.

Cons:

The handles of the showers taps were broken and was not I'm operational condition. Called the reception giy who came but could only fix it temporarily. Next day morning, there was no water as someone had forgotten to puswitch on the pump. We had taken 3 rooms and an AC was not working in 1 room. We could not get hot water in any of the rooms. TV was not working in 2 of the rooms. Overall a bad experience.

experiences I’ve had. The cleanliness was unacceptable, the rooms were poorly maintained, and the reception staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall, I cannot recommend this property to anyone and would strongly advise avoiding it.

Pros:

Exceptional service by Mr Venu property manager who has taken care of out stay very well. I would recommend this place to all as this is more convenient to RK Beach and near by we have most of the food options and also very near to Jagadamba junction.

Cons:

Service ladies are little lazy, they should take care of cleanliness and changing of bed clothes more proactively
