Chambre spacieuse et emplacement parfait
Pros:

Très bon emplacement , chambre très propre et spacieuse , vous aurez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Il ya des parkings payants juste a coté a 3 ou 5 € la nuit mais vous pouvez aussi vous garez gratuitement dans la rue. Laverie h24 et un super marché a deux pas. L'hotel est à 5 min du lac et du centre ville

Tutto perfetto!
Pros:

Ci siamo fermati una sola notte...arrivando abbondantemente dopo mezzanotte dall'aereoporto. Abbiamo trovato le chiavi in reception e ci siamo riposati.😄

Παρά πολύ ωραίο καθαρό κατάλυμα, δίπλα στη λίμνη και κοντά στο δημοτικό πάρκινγκ. Value for money, το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακ

Πολύ καθαρό δωμάτιο, με άνετο κρεβάτι και καινούριο κλιματιστικό. Ευχαριστηθήκαμε ιδιαιτέρως το λόμπυ, με τα βιβλία και τον χώρο ανάπαυσης. Επειδή δουλεύω εξ αποστάσεως, μπόρεσα να δουλέψω άνετα με πολύ γρήγορο ίντερνετ. Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο!

Το ντους ήταν κάπως στενό.

Pros:

Ottima posizione. Camera pulita ogni giorno....e anche cambio asciugamani. Frigo in camera molto utile. Parcheggio se non si trova nelle ore di punta nelle immediate vicinanze, a 400metri si trova ad ogni ora. Soggiorno fantastico.

Cons:

Niente....avrei aggiunto solo un bollitore in camera.

Tolles, sauberes Studio mit allem was dazugehört!
Das Personal war sehr höflich und engagiert. Ich konnte vor Check in und nach Check out mein Gepäck in der Lobby lagern und zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wieder abholen :)
Zentrale Lage, die Bars und Restaurants im Zentrum der Stadt sind in wenigen Minuten (zu Fuß!) zu erreichen.

Good value for money
Pros:

Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the city centre. Although the walk back is quite steep, Agios Nikolaos is built on a hillside, so this is to be expected.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and a good size.

Cons:

The shower was small, and there was nowhere on the balcony to hang and dry clothes.

Great short stay
Pros:

Only stay at the sunbeam for a day as our return flight wasn't until midnight, so we wanted somewhere to have a shower and change before the flight.
Location was great. 5min walk into the center & lake.
Apartment was basic but very clean. Excellent value for money.
