The view was very nice, the suite was spacious, the staff was very friendly, the a la carte breakfast was delicious, the parking area was super convenient

Unfortunately, the hotel did not meet the standards expected of a five-star property.
The rooms were outdated and not adequately clean, and the towels were noticeably old and worn. Breakfast was not offered as a buffet but instead had to be ordered from a limited menu, which remained the same every day with very little variety.
The condition and maintenance of the room were also disappointing. Part of the flooring was broken and created a potential safety hazard, as I nearly tripped and fell. In addition, the drainage in both the sinks and shower was extremely poor, causing water to accumulate rather than drain properly. This was unhygienic and very unpleasant.
Overall, based on the condition of the rooms, cleanliness, facilities, maintenance, and breakfast service, the hotel did not meet five-star expectations. In my experience, the overall standard was closer to that of a three-star hotel

A truly wonderful stay at Mykonos Princess! The breakfast was absolutely perfect, the service was outstanding, and you can feel that this hotel is run with genuine care and love. The view from the pool is simply breathtaking — the kind of place you never want to leave.
Our room was spacious, spotless and very well equipped. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the town and the beach, with easy access to Mykonos Town by public transport. The bus ride takes around 15 minutes and costs only €2.20 per person. You can get off at the Old Port and enjoy a lovely walk through the charming streets of Mykonos.
The hotel can also arrange airport transfers. Alternatively, we used the taxi service offered through Booking.com, which worked perfectly and was also more affordable, so we booked a round trip.
We also loved relaxing by the pool. The water was a little cold, but the atmosphere was perfect — no loud techno music, just lovely background music that created a relaxing atmosphere. Even the music selection was fantastic and enjoyable for both the older and younger generation.
We will definitely be happy to return, especially with our teens, who have already added Mykonos to their list of favourite destinations.

Piscina, stanza e servizi assolutamente non all’altezza del prezzo.
L’idromassaggio in stanza era sporco, il servizio in camera nonostante fosse un 5 stelle chiude prestissimo e la colazione non è adeguata.
Super friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and excellent location - easy access to everything Mykonos has to offer without being either too remote or in the middle of the liveliness of Mykonos town.
