Value for money .Facilities in the room was ok.However room is worth the money.Staff were friendly .
There is nothing else close to this location .hotel is in the middle of nowhere
Ruwanara Royal offers an incredible experience with its clean, spacious, and well-designed rooms. The deluxe room was especially luxurious, providing ultimate comfort with modern amenities.
The highlight of my stay was the beautiful swimming pool—crystal clear, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxation. The peaceful atmosphere and excellent service made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! Thanks..
Nothing everything was 100%
Everything was superb! The hotel was 100% perfect in every way, excellent service, beautiful ambiance, clean and comfortable rooms, and top-notch facilities. ❤️
There was absolutely nothing to dislike. Everything exceeded expectations!
Being allowed to charge my Electric Tuk Tuk Manager was friendly.
The room was poor only 1 electrical socket . Advertised to have a balcony ,never did . False advertisement if I had known I would have booked ..
A great place where I stay with my family...food are so delicious very calm place and the staff are very friendly..while I stay I enjoy every moment in it ..thanks a lot for making my day ..
When upgraded to.luxury room it was very comfortable,
The supposedly deluxe room we had booked was not up to the standard expected. The manager immediately tried to upgrade us to a luxury room at extra cost. We declined then found the deluxe room had a cockroach so we were then upgraded to the luxury room for free. This was then very comfortable but at a cost and the fridge was filthy. We felt the original deluxe room was poor and had probably been shown it to pressure us to pay more. We initially booked here to break up the journey back to Negombo but not really needed as not really too much further. I would recommend missing out staying here unless you have to. General cleanliness was poor and we avoided eating here.
It is a great place and high value for money. Comfortable, clean, large, and full of facilities room, like a five star hotel. Recommend for families, individuals and friends.
Nothing to mention.
Nice rooms, good pool and helpful staff.
They try to make you pay more if you’re a foreign tourist. They say because you’re western you have money therefor you should pay the price for a premium room. Automatically upgraded us and said we had to pay double. Not ideal
Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. Food was good and coffee was superb.
Nothing
