Der Aufenthalt war soweit in Ordnung - nur Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht ganz
Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer war irgendwo in einem Nebengebäude nicht wie im Internet direkt im Hotel mit Balkon mit Sicht auf den See. Man sah den See jedoch über ein Gebäude.

Très bien accueilli et reposante après une longue Randonee et de la route
Pros:

La piscine n avait pas d heure de fermeture, le personnel était souriant. Il y avait une seul employé qui parlait français. La chambre était spacieuse et jolie et la vue sur les vaches le matin était vraiment incroyable

Cons:

Il n y avait qu’une seul employé qui parlait français et les autre ne parlaient même pas anglais. Nous n avons pas trouvé comment réglé la Clim et nous avons eu un peu chaud. Le temps de service au restaurant était un peu long.

Unglaubliche Aussicht auf den See & schöner Steg zum auch am Abend noch verweilen...oder ins Wasser zu gehen. Sehr freundliches & aufmerksames Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet & feines Nachtessen. Grosses Zimmer.

Haben die Natur richtig genossen und sind erholt Heimgereist.
Pros:

Brotauswahl war okay. Schade waren die Säfte nicht frisch.
Die Lage des Hotels war super leider sind die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Mir fehlte Toaster,Gemüse. Kaffeelöffel sind sehr billige Qualität für ein Hotel. Teppich beim Frühstücksbuffet sehr schmutzig nicht gerade appetittlich. Zum Duschen muss man in Badewanne steigen für ältere Leute nicht gerade optimal. Matratzen müsste man auch auswechseln habe Bettfedern gespührt. Waren zum 1sten mal da, leider gab es keine Führung wo was ist. zum Beispiel Zimmer, Frühstücksraum, Pool und Wellnesräume.

Amazing location just in front of the lake.
Amazing staff, especially the lady at the reception who was particularly attentive and willing to make our stay extra special
Beautiful breakfast buffet, probably the nicest I have seen in Switzerland for similar hotels!
