Ein wunderschöner Ort direkt am See
Pros:

Die tolle Lage am See! Der Blick vom Balkon & der Steg mit den Liegestühlen war wunderschön und hat uns sehr gefallen.

Je reviendrai jamais dans cet hôtel
Pros:

Le buffet dû petit-déjeuné.
L’emplacement de l’hôtel.
La vue panoramique depuis le restaurant.

Cons:

Chambre:
- moquette
- ameublement très ancien style 1960
- sanitaire vieillissant
- lit moyennement confortable pour un 4 étoiles

Personnel
- pas du tout sympathique
- au restaurant se sont trompés 2x en voulant nous servir un plat que l’on avait pas commandé
- très peu de choix de boissons sans alcool

Absolument pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles sauf le prix

La taille de la chambre, une suite! L'endroit au bord du lac et la vue.

Cons:

Le repas était froid, beaucoup de serveurs et ils se mélangent...dommage car vraiment des bons produits et une salle magnifique avec vue sur le lac

Un gioiello sul lago nero
Pros:

La struttura si trova in una posizione eccezionale, ci si affaccia su un panorama incredibile. È proprio sul lago e con la fermata del bus proprio davanti.
Ha un ristorante di buona qualità che offre anche opzioni vegetariane e vegan con vista sul lago e le montagne.
Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Cons:

Le uniche note stonate, se proprio dobbiamo trovare qualcosa da dire, sono i cuscini e i materassi eccessivamente morbidi e la moquette nelle camere.

Ich würde wieder dort buchen.
Pros:

Perfekte Lage direkt am See. Badesteg vor dem Haus. Sehr freundliche Empfangsmitarbeiterinnen.

Cons:

Die Straße um den See führt tagsüber zu einem gewissen Lärmpegel durch Autos und Motorräder. Nachts war es jedoch sehr ruhig.

Pros:

Chambre à coucher + petit salon + balcon= lieu très spacieux.
Calme de l'endroit, le lac en face avec possibilité de nager avant le petit déjeuner....
Personnel très professionnel et souriant.

Es war ein gelungener Kururlaub. Das Hotel entspricht nicht ganz den 4 Sternen.
Pros:

Den Blick air den schönen See und die kostenlose Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Einmal wurden wir an der Reception sehr unfreundlich bedient. Zum Glück nur einmal.
