Kaffe überhaupt nicht gut. Frühstück wirkte improvisiert, waren wahrscheinlich die einzigen Gäste. Orangensaft nicht zu trinken
The hotel is located on the city’s main party street. Directly underneath the hotel, there is a bar that played extremely loud music until around 2:00 a.m. And when I say loud, I mean louder than a nightclub — except the music was being played outside on the street, directly below the hotel rooms.
On top of that, there was a wedding party in the hotel restaurant, which was also extremely loud. As a result, we couldn’t sleep until around 3:00 in the morning.
When we arrived, the receptionist told us that she had given us the room furthest away from the music and that we had actually received a free upgrade to an apartment. Unfortunately, this made things even worse: the window in the apartment could not be fully closed, so it felt as if we were sitting in the bar outside.
At around 1:00 a.m., I went to reception to ask for another room with windows that could actually be closed. To my surprise, there was no receptionist available during the night, so there was no one we could ask for help.
The room itself was also not very clean. The bathroom appeared to have been renovated, but there was a very unpleasant smell.
Breakfast was poor as well.
Overall, it was an extremely disappointing stay. The combination of the incredibly loud music, a window that could not be properly closed, no reception staff available at night, poor cleanliness, and a disappointing breakfast made it impossible to have a comfortable stay.
The rooms are spacious and convenient with good bath. Service generally good, personal very friendly, proactive and fulfill special wishes of guests. Location is perfect in the center of town with own pretty garden and fontaine.
The only point of possible development is breakfast, some days there are one-two days old dishes and choice of dishes is poor and monotonous.
