Gutes Stadthotel , etwas überteuert
Pros:

Ruhige Lage , Parkplätze vor dem Haus , Küche und super bequeme Betten

Cons:

Das Personal kann ich nicht bewerten , da ich es nicht gesehen habe .
Die Treppen sind eher für gesunde , junge Leute geeignet

Enjoyable stay as always
Pros:

Good location, very good breakfast, comfortable room, small rooms on each floor for breakfast self serve was great.
FYI we have stayed here 6-7 times on visits to Frankfurt

Pros:

Sehr freundlicher und unkomplizierter Kontakt.
Es gab auf jedem Stock eine Teeküche mit Möglichkeit, auch jederzeit einen Kaffee oder Tee zu kochen, Wasser auf zu sprudeln oder sich ein Toastbrot zu machen. Auch eine Mikrowelle stand bereit.
Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber ansprechend ausgestattet.

Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet und Service - alles da und sehr aufmerksam. Parkplatz super. Angenehmer Raucherbereich. Bett sehr bequem. Es gab nichts was aus meiner Sicht verbessert werden könnte.

Ich werde wiederkommen und Frankfurt vom Heddernheimer Hof aus weiter erkunden!
Pros:

Empfang war nett, alles was man brauchte und für einen Trip nach Frankfurt benötigt, war vorhanden. Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker, alles was man benötigt und gute Gastgeber, fürsorglich und immer da.

Cons:

Raucherplatz vor dem Fenster, Türöffnungen .... nervt etwas, wenn man Fenster geöffnet hat.

Alles in allem aber jammern auf hohem Niveau :-)

Hübsch, aber das Konzept des offenen Bades mit WC mitten im Zimmer völlig verfehlt (Zi. 313)
Pros:

Wir hatten Zimmer 313 - prinzipiell ein sehr hübsches Zimmer im Dachgeschoss, geräumig und sauber. ABER: siehe "Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen"

Cons:

Ein absolutes NoGo, dass das Badezimmer inkl. WC - ohne jegliche Wände - offen in das Zimmer integriert ist. Wer möchte schon gerne seine/r Partner/in zuhören, wie das Geschäft verrichtet wird? Und umgekehrt sich so bloßstellen? Der notdürftige Paravent ist nun weder geräusch- noch geruchsabweisend. Angeblich sei das aus Italien übernommen, wo das gang und gäbe sei. Ich bereise das Land oft und habe noch nie so einen Quatsch dort erlebt. Das "stille Örtchen" wird hier zum Schauplatz. Vom Waschbecken und der Dusche mal ganz abgesehen.
Ein weiterer Punkt sind die Matratzen, aber das haben ja schon andere Gäste zur Genüge bemängelt: viel zu weich. Und dann noch zwei einzelne in einem Doppelbett. Frühstück können wir nicht beurteilen, da nicht mitgebucht.
