Großes Zimmer. Einfacher Checkin. Sauberes Bad.

Cons:

Leider kein warmes Wasser im Zimmer und ein defekter Duschkopf/Duschschlauch. Duschen war somit im Zimmer Nr. 42 nicht möglich.

Worst place ever. Stay clear.
Pros:

Check in, no person available face to face. Sent incorrect info. I had to ask a fellow guest for help.
TV not working properly.
Shower temperature more cold than lukewarm. A fellow guest had an equally bad experience. Booking.com should kick them off their platform.s

Boycott this hotel at all cost, I previous stayed here regularly and submitted a low review in the past and was asked by hotel staff to my private Whatsapp message to remove the review and in exchange for bathtub room whenever I book. Yesterday Sunday night the hotel was 90% free, but the staff was rejected me three times for giving me room with when I requested despite the illegal review deal. They broke the promise and so I will never delete any low reviews anymore. This place is a joke 😡 I do not tolerate liar hotel 💢 ps: you can do better with not lying and truly listen to the complaints and improve

Dramatically over priced for quality of room

Cons:

Room was large, carpet threadbare, towles were thin and hard, shower had more water leaking out than coming out of the shower head, bathroom lights kept going off, no washing liquid, no air conditioning.

Całkiem przyjemny pobyt. Nic nadzwyczajnego, ale czysto, ciepło, cicho. Winda nie działała i trzeba było na 5 piętro iść pieszo.

Die Aufzugtür im 3. OG ging beim ersten Mal von innen nicht auf, musste mit Gepäck zu Fuß hochlaufen. Nachts um 21:50 ging überhaupt kein Aufzug. Badetuch mit aufgerissenen Nähten. Lampe im Bad beim Spiegel kaputt. Fleckiger Teppichboden. Kein Personal für Rückfragen vorhanden.
