Beautiful hotel. We had a group of us and booked 2 deluxe rooms and a 1 bed villa.
The villa was huge, beautiful lighting, nice and private, comfortable beds and nice small pool
The deluxe rooms were also lovely with the balcony and tables and chairs inside the room.
Pool area was great with comfortable sunbeds and plenty to choose from.
The staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. Andri looked after us so well, especially when one of our party was sick.
The breakfast every morning was catered to our order and time requests, the pancakes super tasty.
It’s a slight walk to the town but easy enough once you know the way or can rent bicycles.
Nice rooms & pool area.
Prijs/ kwaliteit was 10/10.
Kamers waren schoon, alles werkte goed en het personeel was super aardig.
Je kan je was laten doen, en ze hebben fiets/scooter verhuur bij de accommodatie.
Je kan ook een snorkel tour doen via COCOTOA, dit is ook zeker aan te raden! Super goedkoop en een hele leuke trip langs alle gili eilanden
Het is een beetje gehorig en sinds er wat jongere mensen verblijven kan je er een beetje overlast van hebben, maar dit hebben wij niet persee zo ervaren.
Locatie is iets minder. Je moet wat hobbelige wegen over om er te komen.
Vanaf de haven +/- 15min lopen maar dus over zandwegen met gaten en kiezelstenen. Niet super ideaal dus.
Wij waren ons er wel bewust van tijdens het boeken dus het was goed te doen. Wij zijn geen voorstander van paard en wagen (animal abuse) dus hebben lekker gelopen!

Me and my partner loved everything. People saying about the location, we walked from the port took us about 10/15 mins, max, we walked passed it first time by a few steps then just had a nosey and found it pretty easy. We walked everywhere for the first 3 days, no problems, then got scooters which we loved! And saw the whole island.
The staff at this hotel could not be nicer, nothing was ever too much. My friend Andri was the best, and most loveliest lady ever! I stayed in contact with her on WhatsApp, such quick replies, always asking us for our breakfast the night before, wishing me a good day and night. One time I forgot to put the clean sign on the door one day, and about 6/7pm when we got back for the day, I just asked if it was possible to change and get clean towels and she offered to come and clean the room, even at that time, Of course I said it was all good and we just swapped towels!
Beds comfy, the lighting is ace! Having our own pool was just bliss when we did use it!
The pancakes are a must for breakfast! You can choose between normal or floating breakfast. We opted for both and alternated them haha! Every single morning without a doubt, Andri and her team would be there at bang on the time you asked for!
We will 100% stay again! Not just for the hotel but for friendliest staff!!
There was nothing we didn't like at all. The place was clean, bathroom, bedding, toilet (main points for me). a few bits could have done with a touch up of paint if you really want to be particular, for us we couldn't care less, it's a beautiful island where everyone does their best! We felt comfortable and clean so we were super happy.
I will say one thing, a thing iw as worried about with previous reviews on the cockerels, they are noisy and start at 12am haha! We were so tired we slept through, and it ake earplugs wherever I go so I wore them every night, not unusual for me but you'll need them if you're a light sleeper!
Obviously nothing to do with the hotel, they're all just roaming around on the side path/road!
If you're sun worshipers like me and my partner, heads up on the pool area, it only gets a small amount of sun on one corner for a few hours of the day! But wasn't a problem as we were out exploring and swimming with the turtles, was nice to come back and have a private dip after sun on you all day!
Room was perfect and the pool area is so chill ‘ location is a 10/15 minute walk from the harbour and you can rent bikes from reception’ enjoyable breakfast too
L’établissement est très calme et proche de la plage et de la rue animé de l’ile.
Le personnel est agréable. Il ya un chat adorable dans l’hôtel.
À notre arrivée, l'hôtel a d'abord essayé de nous installer dans une chambre dite "standard" : une toute petite pièce sans fenêtre, située juste à côté des douches de la piscine... alors que nous avions payé plus cher pour la catégorie supérieure. Précision importante : il n’y a absolument aucune photo de cette chambre sans fenêtre sur Booking !
Heureusement, après discussion, le personnel a été compréhensif et a accepté de nous changer de chambre pour nous donner celle de qualité supérieure que nous avions réellement réservée. Au final, nous avons passé un bon séjour, mais restez très vigilants sur la chambre qu'on vous attribue au check-in !

Super verblijf met fantastisch personeel; vooral Daniël is geweldig, want je hoeft het maar te vragen en het wordt geregeld! Het verblijf is groot en heel luxe, met elke ochtend een heerlijk ontbijt dat aan het zwembad wordt gebracht. Door de stoffige omgeving van het eiland is het lastig om alles perfect stofvrij te houden, dus het had hier en daar iets schoner gekund, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Al met al zeker een aanrader!

Everything was perfect, The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Their excellent service made our stay more enjoyable.
