Everything was perfect, The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Their excellent service made our stay more enjoyable.
It was very clean and a very large room and bathroom in a good location just a 5 minute walk to the busy beach. The staff were excellent always with a smile on their faces
Nothing
The lighting in the room was very cool. There were blue LED lights, which was nice. It was an outdoor bathroom, which was cool. And very spacious. Very spacious room. And bathroom. The staff are all extremely lovely, especially Andrei and the other gentlemen working. They were both lovely and were always going the extra mile and being very accommodating. The pancakes were to die for they were amazing you should definitely order them if you go. There was also a great pool for swimming.
Only a couple of small points on one of the nights one of the couples was arguing pretty loud but that was just a one-off and it's nothing that the hotel could do to fix it. It's not their fault. Also, the wifi wasn't good, but I'm pretty sure the wifi was down on the entire island because of a storm, so again, that's not their fault.
Staff so attentive and willing to assist with anything. Clean and well maintained hotel with beautiful private pool villa that was excellent value for the price I paid.
Located in small lane without sealed paths beyond the hotel. Noisy local rosters at all hours however this is the norm for anywhere in Lombok Bali.
Really nicely located away from the main strip so not too loud (other than the chickens!). Nice pool with option to have floating breakfast which we took the chance to do. Large space with beautiful large bathrooms (these weren’t outside but did have slats that let outdoors in so very hot and humid in the bathrooms) still nice nonetheless. Lots, and lots of sofa’s and chairs. Three of us stayed in the private villa which was more than enough space for us. Lovely lady who hosted us.
One of the towels smelt like a wet dog which was off putting. Minor issue with the lock and key (make sure the door is actually shut before locking so it catches)!
L’emplacement est bien et calme, la chambre est vraiment super, très bien équipé.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment beaucoup trop light.. c’est vraiment pour dire de donner un bout de banane et deux œufs aux clients. Également nous n’avons pas aimé, car en arrivant après notre trajet en bateau nous avons directement pris un scooter au port pour notre séjour, en arrivant à l’hôtel, ils en louaient également. Le fait est que comme nous n’avions pas louer à l’hôtel directement ils refusaient que nous chargions notre scooter. Pas cool du tout de leur part. Également la salle de bain n’était pas nettoyé quand nous sommes arrivés. Ils nous ont demandés d’attendre 5min pour uniquement passer du désodorisant pour donner l’impression qu’elle était propre.

The property was absolutely fantastic. It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout the stay. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed while still being peaceful and relaxing. The amenities were great, and everything worked smoothly.
What really stood out was the staff—they were so helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made the experience even better. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made it feel like a home away from home.
Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.
