Pros:

Good value nice meeting with hotel personal facilities all good

Cons:

Smell of cigarette smoke along the main corridor was the only negative tbh.

Pros:

This hotel is in a fantastic central location. The room was very spacious, and having free parking was a huge bonus for a town centre hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Pros:

Perfect budget room got more then expected and what a location with free parking you get what you pay for don’t get me wrong it’s bad but I don’t look for bad so bad was perfect just what I needed will definitely be going back for longer next time

Perfect for what we needed , a cheap overnight stay in Yarmouth.
Pros:

We had a budget room. We were provided with Towels, A comfortable room with tasteful decor, A comfortable bed, a kettle and a toaster , cutlery and plates. The room also had a wash basin. For the price paid we were very satisfied. Good location near pier , cinema , Circus and Sea Front. Very easy parking.

Cons:

This is an old Victorian property. Accordingly it can’t be equated to a soulless modern property. We had read the moaning comments of some but don’t be put off. It was more than adequate and we would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

Pros:

Brilliant location, friendly staff, would deffinatly stay again. Much better than the reviews lead me to believe.

Cons:

The only things that I would change would be the bedding and the curtains. Cotton bedding and pillow cases would be better. And thicker black out curtains in the bedroom.
