Please note that the hotel is entirely nonsmoking.

Please note that from the end of December until the beginning of April, the hotel can only be reached by 2 cable cars and 1 tunnel train. The rate for using these means of guided transport is CHF 74 per person and is not included in the room rate. The cable car operates from Innertkirchen between 11:00 and 13:00. Guests will receive a plan and a time for arrival two weeks before their check-in date.

Please note further that the property is closed on Mondays.
A deposit may be required at the property.

De locatie is geweldig , mooie kamer

Cons:

Het restaurant voldeed niet. Diner was niet smaakvol en onvoldoende voor een 4 sterren hotel. De bediening was amateuristisch . Het ontbijt was ook niet wat je verwacht bij een 4 sterren hotel

Bucket list stay in this hotel, absolutely loved it
Pros:

This was a bucket list hotel to stay at! Amazing location when exploring the Alps. Comfortable beds, great staff and a surprise (we didn’t know it would be a course meal with excellent food and service) fine dining dinner. Plenty of parking available. The whole experience makes it one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Cons:

We may have missed it, but having a year-round sauna/Nordic spa would be wonderful

Das schönste Hotelzimmer in dem ich je war.
Pros:

Wahrscheinlich das schönste Hotelzimmer in dem ich bisher übernachten durfte. Sehr stilvoll. Sehr komfortabel. Frau Zimmermann von der Rezeption ist eine wahre Perle. Auch Herr Peter vom Restaurant hat seinen Job perfekt gemacht und sehr zu unserem Wohlbefinden beim Aufenthalt beigetragen.

Cons:

Es war in der Gästeinfomappe eine Preisliste für die Minibar aber im Zimmer war keine Minibar :-)

Bergjuwel mit Erinnerung fürs Leben
Pros:

Traumhafte Lage inmitten des Stausees. Wundervoller Sonnenuntergang, das Abendessen war excellent mit sehr freundlichem und jungem holländischen Kellner, herrlich bequemes Bett und grosses Zimmer, gratis Parkplatz. An der Rezeption noch einen tollen Tipp für die Heimfahrt erhalten. Vielen Dank: der Susten und Klausenpass war ein Traum

Lage & Zimmer top. / Abendessen wo anders.

Tolle Lage, bequeme Betten, genug Parkplätze

Cons:

Man hat mir das Abendessen angepriesen mit dem Hinweis, dass man nicht unbedingt das Menü auswählen muss. Es war lecker, aber da ich nicht das Menü genommen hatte… Habe ich einen sehr hohen Preis für das Hauptgericht gezahlt, das aus zwei Raviolo mit Pilzen bestand.

Ich hatte mich auch beschwert und ich bekam die Antwort, dass ich nicht der einzige heute Morgen gewesen bin und die Beschwerden öfters aufkommen.

Naja, dann nächstes Mal nur Schalfen und das ordentliche Frühstück einnehmen.
