Prachtige suites, fijne ontvangst bij de receptie, mooie faciliteiten. Echt een 5-sterrenbeleving.
La cocina de la Suite, muy bien equipada. Tenía todo. Y su ubicación en un espacio abierto hacia la sala fantástica. Maravillosa. El jardín muy bien también y las vistas increíbles.
No me gustó que el resort tiene mucha subida y bajada. Se puede hacer a pie, pero no es fácil. Llamar siempre al servicio de transporte me parecía una osadía por nuestra parte. Aunque los llamas y vienen enseguida. La playa es principalmente del Ritz-Carlton y ocupan todo. No es cómodo para los demás. No te permiten usar las hamacas ni pagando.

אפשר לשפר את עניין הנגישות במקום ואת הזמינות במסעדות
Las instalaciones son bestiales, gym, spa, tenis, pádel , piscina, golf…. Si bien, brillan por encima de todo, sus restaurantes, a cada cual mejor con un japonés y un Martin Berasategui que brillan con luz propia, y no solo por sus excepcionales cartas, sino también por el trato personal, etc, etc…. Relación calidad precio equilibrada, no pagas ni un centimo de más (eso si, acorde a lo que se buscaba en semejante ubicación). El personal es altamente servicial, te ayudan en todo lo que pueden. Imagino que terrazas y hotel, estarán en total sintonía con lo que jardines ofrece. El ‘shuttle’ a la playa (y resto) bajo demanda ya riza el rizo; lastima no haber sabido con antelación que cabia posibilidad de alquilar buggies para moverse por el complejo. (Hay que reservarlos con bastante tiempo antes). El campo de golf, es excelente, y pese a que estaban los greenes recién pinchados, el disfrute fue máximo, con fotos para el recuerdo. La playa no es tan pequeña como parecía por fotos, pero muy acogedora… agua limpia, y “fresquita”… eso si.. llévate sombrilla y manta p/suelo porque con el precio de 2tumbonas+sombrilla puedes presenciar un Madrid-Barça en palco….. Quizá, los que mas echamos en falta fue al turista español…. Pese a que el que alli acude es excelente y educado, acorde a lo que de alli espera. En fin, un auténtico descubrimiento en un rinconcito de una Isla encantadora.
El wellcome pack en la villa es para enmarcar… sin duda de los que tardara mucho en olvidarse.
Por poner algo, el AA… no tiene termino medio, o lo apagas y en una hora sudas, o mueres congelado…. Creo que se podría mejorar ese sistema. Y las lagartijas de la terraza que al que no le gustan los bichitos pueden necesitar por momentos algún desfibrilador …. pero tan divertido como todo.

Some minor building work still going on but it had no impact on our enjoyment of the area
Everything was nice and comfortable
We stayed in the villa for 6 days, and unfortunately, the outdoor pool area was never cleaned during our stay. There were only two sunbeds for six guests, and we also found broken glass inside the pool, which was a serious safety concern.
