Magnifique domaine et excellent restaurant, mais mariage bruyant proche a fortement perturbé le calme.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce magnifique domaine, qui offre un cadre verdoyant et reposant. Le site est plein de charme et constitue une belle destination pour se ressourcer. Nous recommandons également l’excellent restaurant gastronomique situé à proximité.

Cons:

Un seul point a quelque peu terni notre expérience. Lors de notre séjour, un mariage était organisé au Château du Pont d’Oye. L’ambiance était festive et les participants semblaient passer un très bon moment, mais l’installation sonore était particulièrement importante. Les chambres se trouvant à une soixantaine de mètres de la scène, le bruit était nettement perceptible jusque tard dans la soirée.

Il pourrait être utile d’informer les clients à l’avance lorsque des événements de cette ampleur sont prévus, afin que chacun puisse choisir son séjour en fonction de ses attentes. En dehors de cet aspect, nous gardons un bon souvenir de l’établissement et de son cadre exceptionnel.

Un établissement qui vaut le détour
Pros:

Le sejour a bien été préparé. La communication a été rapide et efficace avec Justine de l'Accueil. De l'arrivée au départ tout était parfait. Que cela soit dans l'hôtel ou le restaurant juste à côté, de l'étudiant au responsable de cuisine, tout le monde était souriant accueillant et efficace. Bravo pour le service à la clientèle.
L'hôtel est très bien situé, au départ de ballades, possède un spa, des chambres confortables et le séjour à du cachet.
Le fait d'avoir un restaurant de qualité juste à côté est un aspect très appréciable.

Pros:

This was our fourth visit and it never disappoints. Beautiful location. We ate at restaurant for first time, and, although expensive, it was great quality.

Cons:

Wine a little pricey, and they wouldn’t sell us their own brand, except as souvenir.

Er was een spa aanwezig: sauna, hamam en bubbelbad. Dat was erg relaxed.

Cons:

Erg afgelegen. Ligt bij een slaperig dorpje. Dus als je iets wilt bezichtigen, moet je wel een stuk rijden. Het bijbehorende restaurant is heel goed, maar wel prijzig.

Pros:

Hotel in zeer rustige en groene omgeving, gebouw en tuin perfect onderhouden.. Zeer ruime kamer, hadden bovendien een gratis upgrade gekregen. Badkamer is aan de kleine kant, maar alle comfort is aanwezig. Zeer lekker en verzorgd ontbijt.
Zeer mooie kwalitatieve en propere wellness met hamam, sauna en jacuzzi.
