Fantastic setting
The room was fully equipped and comfortable. The surroundings were peaceful and lovely
Nothing
Location
pretty much all night banging noise !
My husband stayed here for a work trip. He said it was clean, offered nice breakfast, and he had absolutely no complaints.
Very expensive bar. Pump is n bathroom very loud especially when someone had shower at 11:30
Bar food and breakfast was great.
Reception unattended And phone connected to a mobile answer service, needed toilet facilities but all were
Cold water on arrival for shower although did get fixed .
Curtains fitted very badly and wouldn't close properly.
Bed really comfortable
Walking from car park to facilties
Lovely drive up to the main building, very expressive entrance / reception and main sitting room behind reception
Shame about the new bedroom extensions in the grey aluminium, but the open design was still good
Size and air on as it was red hot!!
Nothing!!
It was very comfortable set in a stately home kind of environment with modern accommodations surrounding the main building which were nicely decorated and comfortable.
Breakfast was self service and very nice.
There are plenty of outdoor seating areas to find a suitable place to eat or if you prefer a bit of privacy.
It’s more of a conference hotel or a training venue where you might attend a training course.
The setting of the hotel is stunning.
The room I was in was very corporate in design. The shower did not have enough pressure and the sink tap needs replacing. You could hear movement from the room above. The breakfast was standard.
Nice location room was spacious, nice bed
Great breakfast
No walk in shower, sauna you had to book it in, the gym was just cardio equipment would like more free weights
We booked and you confirmed it was a 11 checkout, the key expired when we went back to the room after 10 am had to go back to reception to sort the key card out, our part of the complex the quad looked a lot more dated then the photos in the booking .com advert
Stunning hotel with lovely grounds, plenty of parking, with the room being clean and modern. Yorkshire tea and cookies also in the room - perfect.
Reception staff were pleasant and Yan the cleaner is very bubbly. In fact all I could think about was how happy and vibrant she was when I was leaving my room.
Breakfast had everything you needed. Though they were out of eggs and sausages when I turned up. After 10 minutes more came out, but the sausages could have done with more time under the grill....
I didn't get chance to see the bar the night before but it looked very nice.
This is being picky:
The pillows were not comfortable for me, they felt and bit too firm for me.
The lights in the bathroom during the night are waaaaaay too bright. The lights are on a sensor so don't have the option to keep them off. I understand why it's set up like that, but having to wake up during the night to use the loo and being blinded by 5000 suns, takes a minute to go back to sleep.
Great location, nice facilities and good options for food and drink onsite.
Quiet, peaceful location. Great staff and breakfast.
Lovely grounds to walk around
We were put in the Malvern building, felt a bit like student halls of residence. The booming should make it clear which part of the building you will be booked into.
