I find the location suits me very well - which is why I have stayed there several times before.
I had the best 3 nights sleep I have had in ages! Thank you.
The staff at Reception were, as always, exceptional in their warmth & friendliness along with their efficiency & professionalism.

Cons:

I feel the attitude of one of the restaurant staff could be improved, which is a shame because overall they are all excellent. Maybe some training in customer service is needed.

Pros:

Rooms had everything you need & beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic! Excellent choice & delish cooked breakfast. Staff are extremely helpful - will stay again.

The staff are first class, the free top up of my electric car was great.

The carpets throughout are in a very poor condition, on the stairs especially need up grading to make them safe.

Pros:

Location was exceptional, right in the centre of town and by the riverside walks and parks. Breakfast was huge and very well presented with plenty of choice and no quibbling.
