Komme gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, besser geht´s nicht: direkt am Lungomare, kein Autoverkehr und die Strandliegen gleich vor der Nase! Das Haus hat eine einzigartige Atmosphäre, die der Eigentümerfamilie zu danken ist. Aufmerksam, immer präsent, ständig ein Lächeln auf den Lippen.

Cons:

Einige wirklich kleine Investitionen würde das Badezimmer schon vertragen...

Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Strand inkl. Liegen für uns drei und der große Parkplatz waren wirklich toll! Ach war der Eingangsbereich bzw. die Halle riesig, am Billardtisch ließ sich entspannt Zeit verbringen, die Terrasse hätte mit neuen Tischen und Sesseln extremes Potential, sowie die Halle, neuer Anstrich, neue Möbel, die alten Bilder und Gardienen entfernen, dies würde soviel verändern, im Essbereich das selbe.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns der Geruch der alten Möbel im Zimmer, diese gehören dringend erneuert, auch hat man kaum Ablagen im Zimmer und Bad, hier sollte dringend etwas unternommen werden. Das Badezimmer ist leider zu klein, bzw. hat mein keine extra Dusche, nur einen Brausekopf und zwei Glastüren zum schließen. Dadurch wird das ganze Badezimmer nass, wir hatten uns zwar daran gewöhnt, dies war schon etwas nervig, Als Tipp: Vielleicht die Bidets entfernen, die Toiletten versetzen und eine anständige Dusche montieren, dies wäre mehr als Zeitgemäß!!! Das Frühstück, die Qualität der Waren und Möbel müssten dringend geändert werden, auch das Personal welches die Tische nicht im Griff hatte.

Es hat mir sehr gefallen - ich komme wieder!!!
Pros:

Lage, Lage und nochmals Lage!!! Das Personal war so nett und man merkt, dass viele von ihnen schon sehr lange hier arbeiten - RESPEKT!!!

Cons:

Man merkt, dass das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist und leider nichts modernisiert worden ist. Sehr schade, da die Lage ein Traum ist und das Personal über die Maßen nett und zuvorkommend ist!!!

Der Platz am Strand war super . Das Personal war sehr freundlich . Das Hotel wurde ständig sauber gehalten.

Die liegen am Pool waren sehr veraltet und die Polster kaputt.

Pros:

Personale gentile, ambiente molto tranquillo. La colazione era molto valida, sia per il buffet ma soprattutto per la piastra che consente di preparare uova e pancetta sul momento. Unica pecca, la macchina del caffè è configurata per una intensità di caffè molto bassa, che lo rende quasi acquoso.

Cons:

In generale non ci sono cose che non mi sono piaciute. Mi dispiace perché l'ultimo giorno non mi è stato consentito lasciare l'auto per qualche ora (fino alle 14) nel parcheggio dell'hotel nonostante alle 10.30 vi fossero ancora posti liberi. Ovviamente avrei pagato ma mi è stato detto di no, cosa che invece non è mai accaduta in altri alberghi nei quali ho soggiornato a Jesolo.
